DIRECTIONS FOR USEDo not use on aluminum or other soft metals.

FRYER CLEANING / BOIL-OUT CLEANINGRecommended dilution: 1:64 (2 oz/gal of water) to 1:10 (12 oz/gal of water). Circulate through the system. Consult facility SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for circulation duration and any additional use information. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
