Who are we? Fronteer Strategy is an ambitious, Amsterdam-based strategy consulting company, specialized in innovation, brand development and co-creation.

We chose our name to express the things that interest us the most: the fresh, unknown and new. We work ‘out there’ with our clients on the frontiers of their markets, where new value is created.

What is it that we do best?

Much of our work involves the development of new markets, (innovation) strategies or products & services.

Based on our experience, we have created a proprietary co-creation methodology called 'Rooftop'. These are co-creation workshops for which we hand-pick industry- or topic experts as a ‘temporary extension’ to our client’s strategy team.

We also work extensively on questions of brand development, specialising in what we call 'clever brands'.

Who are our clients?

Our team of (now) nine supports local and international clients such as Nokia, Heineken, Getronics, Bugaboo, Achmea and Lassie in the development of new strategies, brands, products and services.

We do not limit ourselves to any industry. Actually we believe in working across industries and sharing the most valuable insights.

Who are we looking for?

A remarkable associate consultant with a clearly defined affinity with strategy, innovation and brands.

You are either straight from university, or have up to 1 year working experience - as a consultant (maybe looking for more interesting challenges) or in a marketing or product development related position.

You enjoy working on complex marketing challenges. You are an original thinker, that likes to work on structuring and analysing business situations and have the ability to inspire.

You? You will work on strategic assignments that are aimed at finding new markets, opportunities and target audiences. Organising and guiding co-creation sessions will also be part of your activities.

We work in very different industries, so the interest to understand and flexibility to adapt quickly are vital. For this reason an academic level of thinking and fluency in English (both spoken and written) are pretty much mandatory.

And, last but not least, you are clever, smart, sharp, eager and sensitive to other people’s feelings.

Where is our headquarters?

Our current office, located on the famous Prinsengracht in the Jordaan, is getting a bit too small.

But we thought of that, so by the end of the year, we will move to this office at the inspiring NDSM wharf in Amsterdam Noord! (which is still under construction).
