your own pace and from the comfort of your
own home. So you really are in control!
3 Greater flexibility
You can enrol at any time of the year and
there are an infinite number of places
available. So you can avoid the uncertainty of
things like clearing and enjoy greater flexibility
– something that sets us apart from many
other learning institutions.

never alone. We always ensure you have all of
the help and assistance you need. Our team

general needs. They help keep you motivated
and keep you on track with exam deadlines
etc. You'll also have the individual attention of

6 Different routes available
With ICS you choose a programme structure that suits you best. You can choose to enrol on the full
degree programme if you have the necessary UCAS points and this will save you money too.
Alternatively by taking one or two modules at a time, you can build your level of knowledge and
experience of the degree programme and only move onto the next module when you're
ready.
7 Stand out from the crowd
Choosing to study a degree by distance learning demonstrates to employers
that you not only have the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding, but
also that you can manage time effectively, are self-motivated and already have a
good work ethic – qualities that will make you stand out from the crowd.
8 Save money!
Research shows that choosing to study a university degree by distance
learning could leave you more than £35,000* better off compared to studying
the equivalent degree at a campus-based university. Plus, with the introduction
of top-up fees in England and Wales, some University courses are becoming
out of the financial reach of many people.
One of the clearest benefits of studying your degree at home with ICS is that
you can avoid such huge payments – and stay clear of the average graduate
debt of £13,501**.

directly law-related – within Local Government for example, Charities or the Police and

“After missing the entry date to University I chose
to study at home with ICS. Even if I don’t become
a barrister, my LLB will be invaluable to me.
The support network in place at ICS is second to
none! The response from Mentors and Tutors is
always helpful and positive, and everything is set
up to make you feel like part of a crowd.
I am really enjoying studying with ICS and
have no hesitation in recommending this
flexible approach to learning.”

As you might expect, there's a strong demand for Business Management
graduates in all types of industrial, commercial and financial

important in the public sector.
Many graduates work for larger employers – mostly because they are

experience and promotion opportunities. However, there's an
increase in the number of graduates entering employment in small- and
medium-sized enterprises – and self-employment can also provide
opportunities and challenges too.
