Overview• All team members are responsible for utilizing the “Activity History Log a Call” function in Salesforce. This function will
timestamp each step in the FR process, allowing us to move our accounts more efficiently
• This presentation outlines the codes to be used and the process to following when coding NEA, INDS and Offer cards.
• Our goal is to maintain a 10 day SLA (calendar days) of accounts in fulfillment review that are within 30 days of
scheduled drop date

All FR items must have the following: 1. Preview email sent out
2. Coded in Activity History “log a call” (Codes not within SLA will be identified by daily report and will need to be addressed daily)
Accounts will not be eligible for the process below if the following criteria have been met. This will ensure that accounts aren’t dropped INDS/NEA prematurely
1. Preview email has been sent out
2. Coded in Activity History “log a call”
3. Drop date is 30+ away
