ArcLume, a family of DLC-listed, full cutoff LED wallpacks, is designed specifically to optimize the performance and maximize longevity of LED light sources in an elegant form factor that blends seamlessly into any architectural environment. The ArcLume LED wall packs are designed to replace 100W to 250W metal halide wall mounted fixtures while providing up to 70% in energy savings and operating for up to 50,000 hours. That’s a service life of up to 13 years of nighttime use.Powered by high performance, energy-efficient, chip-on-board LEDs, the ArcLume LED wallpacks produce brighter, longer lasting illumination, reducing shadows and creating a safer nighttime environment while lowering utility and maintenance costs.

HOUSING / LENS / OPTICS Die-cast aluminum housing in bronze finish with clear polycarbonate lens. Thermally efficient LED-specific housing with integrated heat sink fins provides for cooler operation and maximum LED operating life. Weatherproof silicone gasketing around lens and between backplate and housing seals out contaminants. Optional diffuser insert (ADI) available for applications requiring greater diffuse light.

1.75” deep back plate DBS (standard 85W; optional on 30W and 58W units) provides an additional 1/2” top/bottom NPT as well as back knockout.

Angled LED mounting surface combined with integral 95% reflective MIRO 4™ reflector provides significantly more forward throw illumination than typical full cutoff LED wallpacks. Distribution is NEMA Type IV short.

LED Available in 3 light levels; 1900 lumens (30W), 3900 lumens (58W), and 5800 lumens (85W) at 4000K CCT; >80 CRI. LED operating life 50,000 hours L70. Light engines consist of 1, 2, or 3 chip-on-board arrays mounted direct to thermally efficient aluminum housing.

ELECTRICAL 120-277 VAC power supply with surge protection. Power factor is >0.9. Power supply is mounted in direct contact with aluminum housing for cooler operation and longer life. Drive current is 700 mA. 30W units use one power supply; 58W units use two, and 85W units use three.

ACCESS / WIRING Housing includes 1/2” top/bottom NPT. Specify option DBS (standard on 85W units) for a 1.75” deep die cast back plate with 1/2” top/bottom NPT and back center knockout for conduit feed or sensors.

MOUNTING Standard backplate for mounting over a 4” recessed junction box. Backplates and housing utilize installed brackets to hold fixture during wiring. Back plate includes center knock out for conduit access and drill points. The recommended wall mounting height of the of the ARCL LED wallpack is 10 ft. to 24 ft. Fixture is designed to be installed in the downward facing position only.
