INTRODUCTION

Can you write a good joke? If yes, then this contest is the best platform for you to win exciting prizes as well as to get your joke published.

All you have to do is to write a joke which doesn’t exceed 150 words; refer the below terms and conditions for details of the contest. This is a unique contest which will help you to earn fame as well as interesting prizes!

Terms and Conditions1)Participant should refer and go through the non-

fiction book, ‘Decode it with Golu’ by Roshini Shetty (Cost of the book is Rs. 99, even ‘Cash on delivery’ option available) and follow the same format in writing a joke.

2) Participant can buy a copy of this book at various stores (Here is the Amazon link:

3) Each participant is allowed to submit only one joke.

4) The joke written should be sent to the following address along with the cover page of the book (Decode it with Golu). Cover page includes only the front cover of the book which should be torn from the book and attached along with the joke. Cover page attached should be original and cannot be a Xerox copy or any form of print copy. 5) To participate in this contest, there is no age limit.

6) Person of any profession, background or culture can participate.

7) Joke can be any general joke but kindly refer the book, ‘Decode it with Golu’, to know the format of writing.

8) Joke can include a diagram or figure but the word count shouldn’t exceed 150 words.

9) Joke should be original creative work of the participant and shouldn’t be copied from anywhere; it will be immediately disqualified if found to be copied.

10) Joke should not contain inappropriate language and shouldn’t be vulgar.

11) Three prizes (First, second and third) will be given to the winners of this contest.

12) 500 best jokes will be selected and published in form of a book and the participants whose jokes are selected for publishing will be given due credit. Hence, even though a participant doesn’t win a prize, he/she will have maximum chances of getting their joke published.

13) Contest starts on 12/12/2015 and will end on 12/06/2016.

14) Winners will be announced by the end of June, 2016.
