At The Grove, we’re here to make planning your event as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Whether it’s with family, friends, colleagues or clients, we have you covered.
Simply choose your style of event, a relaxed cocktail style gathering in our beautiful,
fully enclosed garden (perfect all year round), or opt for a more intimate formal dining experience
in our private function room and we’ll be on hand to help make it a memorable experience.
When you add in live music from Adelaide’s finest party bands every Friday night, followed
by easy listening live bands on Saturday night, plus an acoustic duo & relaxed DJ on Sunday
afternoons; we have your entertainment covered. Along with friendly staff and an extensive
drinks menu, what else could you need?

GARDEN• Capacity 120 people (Cocktail Function).
• Corporate functions 80 people sit down.
• Stunning redwood setting with hanging gardens, integrated AV system, fixed seating and heating/ cooling to ensure your guests are comfortable, no matter the weather.
• Available in a variety of configurations to meet your guest’s requirements.
• $250 deposit on placement of cocktail booking, this will be refunded off your bill.
• Ideal space for birthdays, engagements and corporate events
• $100 room hire required for cocktail functions
Up to 50 guests - $1,250 minimum spend up to 70 guests - $1,750 minimum spend
up to 100 guests - $2,500 minimum spend

• Capacity 60 people (Cocktail)

• Intimate space for up to 60 guests with integrated AV system and climate-controlled heating/cooling
• Private Sit Down Dinners
• Minimum Spend = One of our set menu options. Minimum of 20 for private function
• $100 room hire required for cocktail functions
UP TO 60 GUESTS - $1,250 MINIMUM SPEND
RESTAURANT• Available in a variety of configurations to meet your guest’s requirements

All set menus include shared salad bowls and personalised menus
Canape starters can be added to any option for $4 per person
COCKTAIL FUNCTIONSWhether it be a more casual setting you are after or a formal event, The Grove offers wide range of cocktail platter options to cater for you and your guests needs.
Platters must be pre-purchased, so that our kitchen is prepared and to ensure your function runs smoothly.

BEVERAGE PACKAGEOPTION 1 - SUBSIDISED DRINKSA pre-determined amount is decided upon that you wish your guests to pay. The remaining price of the drink is charged to your TAB, which is to be paid at the end of your function
OPTION 2 - DRY TILLA pre-determined amount of money specified at the start of your function. Drinks will be served on a consumption basis until the amount agreed upon is reached.
OPTION 3 - CASH & CARRYGuests order what they feel like at the time and pay as they go

COMPLIANCE & RESPONSIBILITYIt is understood that the organiser will conduct the function in an orderly manner. The organiser is financially responsible for any damage or breakages sustained.
The Grove promotes responsible service of alcohol, any intoxicated patrons will be asked to leave, all guests are required to follow management directions at all times.
The Grove does not permit the use of confetti; rose petals are our preferred choice. All guests under 18 years of age must be off the premise by 12am.
