DHD Direct Home Deliverygfa can offer a direct home delivery (Dhd) service to our customers, who occasionally require a product
despatched direct to their customer. our standard delivery charge for all chairs is £15.00 and for 2 seater
sofas is £75.00. our lead time for delivery to your customer is 3-10 working days or 7-10 working days depending
on product but may be improved.
we reserve the right to withdraw the dhd service from our offer at any time,
lead times quoted are of course, subject to stock and the item/s will be delivered boxed, direct to your
customers door for a charge,
the delivery charges quoted are for england and wales only. the charges for scotland and eire are on
application and a postcode will be required for us to confirm pricing.
Deliveryour standard delivery lead times are 3-10 working days and 7-10 working days, depending on product and
subject to stock availability. models on a 7-10 working day lead time are highlighted in your price list.

GFA Servicein the unusual event of there being a fault with a product, the gfa service team will strive to handle all
service issues quickly and efficiently and will make every effort to ensure that you and your customers are
completely satisfied with the service you receive. gfa carry new spare parts to resolve any service issues and
all models are covered by a 1 year warranty and 2 years for electrics.
