FEFP workshops are formatted such that participants at
different stages in their studies may interact with a panel of
experts and gather insights relevant to their current interests.
This workshop aims to assist participants pursuing advanced
engineering degrees and engineering post- docs to become
competitive candidates for faculty positions at institutions
focused on undergraduate education and eaching.
