Please have COPIES of all items listed below to submit on Enrollment Night. Please note parent(s)/guardian(s) are responsible for providing all required documentation at the time of enrollment. Incomplete Enrollments will NOT be accepted.

Online Enrollment Instructions

1. Go to www.rjuhsd.us and click on “Enrollment” under Quick Links on the left side of the screen. Video instructions available at http://bit.ly/RJUHSD-Enrollment . INTER/INTRA- Please see Page 2 for special instructions.

2. Before starting the enrollment process, please read through the “Annual Parent Notice.” You will be asked to confirm that you have reviewed this document at the end of the enrollment process.

3. Under “Step 1,” click on “AERIES Internet Registration”

4. From the drop down menu, select “2017-2018, Pre-Enrollment”

5. Carefully read about the required documents. Click “Next”

6. Create a new account

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING a. When asked to indicate your student’s grade level, please select CURRENT GRADE NOT next

year’s grade. If going into the 9th grade please select 8th grade, as the system rolls over to the next grade they will be going into in July.

b. When asked to enter you residence address: If you have a separate mailing address you will be able to add that after you enter your residence address.

i. INTERdistrict transfer students will need to enter GBHS address as your address: #1 Grizzly Way, Granite Bay, CA 95746

ii. Please answer “no, use a different address for mail” and enter your home address iii. When your students information is added to our database your mailing address will

replace the GBHS address.

i. INTRA transfer students will use their residential address. The online system will match you to your school of residence, PLEASE CONTINUE. You WILL be enrolled in the school awarded, regardless of what the system states.

7. Once you create your account and your school is confirmed (based on boundaries). You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Please check your spam/junk mail if email is not received; the email is from: HomeLinkHelp. When the email is received, click on the link and it will then take you to our online registration page. (If you do not receive an email, still attempt to login)

8. If the information you entered is correct, click “Finish and Submit.” After clicking “Finish and Submit,” no further changes can be made online. You will have a chance to update information once the school year starts.

9. YOU MUST PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION PAGE. SIGN AT THE BOTTOM, AND BRING TO ENROLLMENT NIGHT ALONG WITH ALL OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

2. Click on “COURSE REQUESTS ENTRY” under Student Info

*Please use your course selection sheet/course catalog to assist

you in making your selections.

You can select a course by either using the drop down menu to

find courses by “SUBJECT AREA” or, search for a course by

course ID # in the “Name or Nbr field”, then click “SEARCH”.

3. Click on the course you would like to request and a window

will appear. Click “OK” to add or “Cancel” to exit

Once a course has been requested, it will display on the

left side of the corresponding subject area.

To delete a course request, click the icon.

After you have selected 8 courses (9 courses for seniors

because of government economics need to be added

separately). Review your course request details by

clicking “Course Request Details.”

Freshmen MUST enroll in the following REQUIRED courses: English 9, Math, and 4 additional courses. Health and PE 9 have been pre-assigned.

A copy of your course selections will provided to you on March 2nd, Enrolment Night, to review with a counselor. Please note Enrollment Night will be your only opportunity to meet with a counselor. If you are unable to attend and have questions, you will need to contact your student’s counselor via email.
