The Federal Parliamentary system and with it the laws of economy werecreated more or less three or four centuries ago. In that time many leaps

in progress have been made from generation to generation as well asdefeats. Today the World Federation Parliamentary system is a

debt-ridden burden that acts to steer our collective fortunes.

Many people, now more than before, are feeling the chilling effects of

living in each country without enough money in their budget for food orheat/air. Yet at the same time never have so many had so much wealth.

Democratic Parliamentary or Federal Representation is an idea from thepast that circa 1650 A.D. was the best they could do at the time. In a time

of expanded communication, it represents a narrow construction or

restriction on access to public government and Federal solutions.

The Democratic Capitalist system has run its course and is now coasting,soon it will sputter, then collapse, as it is designed to do when itencounters nil growth situations. Decay and nil growth systems are an

anathema to this construction that doubt and ignore even the possibilityof overall no growth situation. Inflation and war are symptoms of propping

up nil growth systems for democratic leadership.

When numbers stop increasing the system has no forward momentumand over time forecasts go to zero and zero in numbers is nil. An absenceof a solid support is not the real world, in economic terms a negative

growth situation contains a collapse, and poverty creates opportunity fororganized oppression that must be opposed to remain free of its

influence.

man is no exception. Whether on purpose or by happenchance theground work tends to favour particular outcomes as seeds determinethe tree and the environment shapes our dwelling.
