Scope Adjustments and Changes in Scope

HIV prevention services are part of comprehensive primary care services, not a Form 5A service category of its own

Re-Budgeting
• You may re-budget without prior approval, provided use supports PCHP purpose and objectives
• Prior approval is required for equipment not previously approved ● Cannot exceed $150,000 per year
