Any organization that fails to comply with thisprovision is subject to a penalty of $20 for each day that inspection is not permitted, up to amaximum of $10,000. Any organization that willfully fails to comply shall be subject to anadditional penalty of $5,000. You are also required to provide copies of the return if youreceive such a request. Should you receive a request for inspection or for copies of your return,you may want to contact us for further details.
