Budgeting and Control Capital Expense and Operational Expense in IT Department

Define and Evaluate strategic IT Organization Plan

Manage IT internal development project (System, Infrastructure : Hardware, Instrumental)

Suggest implementation of on demand ICT solution

Support company operational trough excellent IT

Develop and Maintain implementation of IT SOP

Coordinate with all of function in defining technology and solving problem
