The Project background

COM (2007) 498 – Promoting young people’s full participation in education, employment and societyThe economic recovery will be able to reduce the high rates of youth unemployment, but with the risk of increasing social exclusion of low skilled young European workers. […] The unemployment rate of low qualified youth is significantly higher than the more educated peers and young adults’ unemployment often turns into long-term unemployment.

To promote deployment and usage of modern accessible online services (e.g. e-government, online health, smart home, digital skills, security).
