Our disciplinary tribunals have declined by 60%. Our students have increased performance in all
subject areas at every grade on state criterion testing.
More students are EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS on state testing.
There is an increase in the number of students taking and scoring 3 or more on Advanced Placement Exams. (state recognition received for Math and Science)

Consultancy from the UCLA Center for Mental Health in Schools to establish a Comprehensive System of Learning Supports –supported by AASA and Scholastic LEAD Collaborative
Restructured the district and school leadership roles and responsibilities to implement the framework
Eliminated programs and practices that were fragmented and not supporting our core work
Examined and revised all policies, practices, and procedures which did not directly support the work, including duplication of efforts in programs.
