allocated assembly number and map of where and what time you will need to assemble, to make this process easy, it would be great if you could provide your email address, if you have one. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROCESSION ENTRY

The assembly area and procession route is strictly a non smoking area. THEME We ask that entries try to comply with the Procession theme. This years theme is ‘a day to remember’ INSURANCE It is the entrant’s responsibility to insure the entry to the satisfaction of and to indemnify the Eaglehawk Dahlia & Arts Festival Inc. All entries must have their own public liability insurance coverage and provide a copy of this with the entry form. (If you are not sure please contact the procession manager on 0403 037 705 VEHICLES It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all traffic regulations are adhered to, as specified by the Victoria Police and VicRoads. Please note that all motor vehicles must be road registered. Those that are not must obtain and clearly display an unregistered vehicle permit from VicRoads.(Please enclose a copy of this permit with the entry form) The driver nominated in the procession entry form must be the person driving the vehicle during the procession, unless the otherwise notified to the procession manager. All entries are to adopt all the appropriate safety measures and ensure that safety of the audience and the participants are maintained at all times. Additional fixtures of your entry, such as decorative panels, banners, furniture, lighting or generators must be properly secured for safety. Entries are restricted to six (6) vehicles per entry. If you have any more than six (6) vehicles in your entry, please consult with the procession manager in advance. Each vehicle must be within the maximum dimensions—Length (17m), Width (2.4), and height (4.3). The Eaglehawk Dahlia & Arts Festival Inc. Accepts no responsibility for damages to entries, or loss or damage to personal property or injury to personnel or animals associated with the entry before, during or after the procession. Nominated Eaglehawk Dahlia & Arts Festival representatives reserve the right to request minor alteration to your entry and the removal of any offensive or inappropriate content at the assembly area, prior to the procession commencing. If you are unsure of the content of your entry, please consult with the procession manager prior to completing this form on 0478 225 780. Failure to comply with these requests will result in immediate dismissal from the street procession. MUSIC We encourage all non-instrumental entries to provide their own portable music, to help create atmosphere along the procession route. Staff will be present at the Procession assembly area to monitor the appropriate level of sound of each entry, they have the authority to request very loud music be turned down to an acceptable level.
