15. PDF ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT PROPOSAL

Attached to Contract Proposal we provide an exemple of drawing for each design project

phase, these examples are reference ( for detail and quality ) of the drawings that we will

produce for your design project.

1. PRELIMINARY PROJECT (Architectural Concept Proposal )

It includes the preparation of such preliminary working drawings as are necessary to explain

to and enable the Owner to understand the Project before the General Project is determined

in accordance with the Owner’s requirements. Plans, Section, Facades.

• To present after 4 weeks from the first visit on site and signature of contract

2. GENERAL PROJECT

It includes the determination of the project and the preparation of the drawings (by autocad

program) for the Architectural Project, so as to permit the executive/building development

thereof by a contractor and the implementation of the structural and engineering

( ventilation,..) plans by the appointed technicians, consultants and engineers.

3. DETAILED PROJECT

It includes the preparation of drawings for each room and related specifications of furniture

positions, doors, coating materials, colours, sanitary fixtures, taps and fittings.

systems engineering’s indication.. ( drawings scale 1:50-1:20-1:10-1:5 )

4. FIXED FURNISHINGS PROJECT

It includes the preparation of architectural drawings for all fixed furnishings ( included

kitchen) , supervision and quality control of production. (Constructive drawings will be provide by

the designed carpenter )

5. SELECTION OF FURNITURE

It includes the preparation of a selection of all furniture and accessories ( antique and

contemporary ) for the Villa.

6. MASTER PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PROJECT

It includes the preparation of architectural drawings with materials indication of all external

area, lights project, roads, path, gates,compound fences and garden trees selection.

• To present after 6 weeks from the Detailed Project client approval .

A devoted Project web site will be created to enable the Owner, Investor Builder,

Technicians and Engineers to communicate in real time, examine, download and print updated

project drawings, check the work schedule, reference images and standards. With the

devoted web site you can follow, every day, Design Project develop and all drawings

delivery.
