Summer… At last it came - such a bright,

warm, giving courage, energy, and a good mood - the summer!

Especially in summer we want drive and active life stile. After quiet winter time we feel we have the energy to implement in life the most courageous ideas. And among you there were creative people who were not afraid to challenge every day office life and encouraged us to start sport competitions in the group of our companies. We are talking of the table tennis.

«Corporate Table Tennis Tournament» — this expression is already familiar to every Dealership Center. And, of course, we are pleased that the entire group of our companies was enthusiastic about the proposal. We just have to work together to bring this great project into life.

The tournament will be held according to «Davis Cup». Any employee will be able to have pleasure of plying table tennis without leaving the company, of course in his free from work time. At this stage, each center already has all the opportunities for training and formation of a successful team. The final games between the centers are likely to be held in August.

Well, we sincerely wish all the colleagues to find their source of life energy, morale and team victories.

13th and 12th June are not simple days. Those are the birthdays of Toyota Center Avtogals and Toyota Center Omega Motors.

For Avtogals this is an anniversary year — it has been 5 years from the moment, when Toyota Cen-ter Donetsk opened its doors for our respectful cus-tomers.

There is no doubt that 5 year period has been passed with dignity: the team achieved standards of certified service quality recognized both in Ukraine and in Europe, took a position of leadership and successfully passed all the pilot projects. Became stronger, the company has reached those heights, when we can easily say «Avtogals — is a serious and reliable company».

For Sevastopol this year was not so memorable — 2 years — such a young age for the company. But exactly for young “Omega”, as for no one else, it was difficult to survive peak moments of crisis. But they fought for their rights and positions on the market. In such changeable time and hard conditions, 2 years are worth a lot.

We sincerely wish our colleagues to have faith in their power, new achievements, and always be head above the competitors.

We wish you to represent the brand with dignity in your region and strive to be the best!

That is why the organizer of 3rd stage of na-tional motor rally — “Auto Sport Mariupol”— selects “Azovmotor” as the best service station, to hold a bright and colorful event.

The year 2010 for Toyota Service Mariu-pol will be the third year of participation in the 3rd stage of the Ukrainian motor rally

Championship. Of course it is pleasant and honorable

that our technician team is trusted to check the cars before motor race. Before the start of competitions, all the partici-pating pass technical inspection at the station of “Azovmotor”. After checking the lighting, condition of tires and complete-ness of the vehicle, each crew is instructed by the organizers of the rally about the schedule of races and tracks.

Constancy — is a sign of excellence!«Where is the best service station in our city? Toyota Service Mariupol? Then we are going to see you!»

It should be noted that the fight for the title of “being first” is competitive and se-rious. Every year about 45-55 crews from Ukraine and Russia take part in Mariupol races.

Usually, motor rally is held in two plac-es: at the city airport and highway 40 km from the city, which had been laid through sandy areas, and marshes, and mounds of gravel. Not all the cars reach the finish line: some have problems with engine, others with nerves, but for the audience this mo-tor rally is full of unforgettable emotions.

June 26-27, LLC “Azovmotor” again meets Motor Rally. Well, let us wish them success and superiority in service maintanance for many years!

GI: Sergey, please, tell our readers a lit-tle about yourself. From which company have you come to us?

S.D.: My last company was “Winner Alex Donetsk”. I was dealing with Land Rover brand in the position of sales manager and I have been working there for more than 4 years. Of course any experience is useful and that job was a good base on the way of my personal growth.

GI.: What are your impressions from the opening of Lexus Donetsk showroom?

S.D.: Well, let me mention that the first announcements about the appearance of official Lexus in Donetsk were accepted successfully. Lexus – is a premium brand. We just slightly warmed the interest of the public and there was an explosion!

There were hundreds of calls, questions and the expectation froze in the air. It was clear that we were awaited in the car mar-ket.

As for the showroom itself I will just say that our advantages are evident from the very beginning, starting from comfort zone which we were able to create and finishing with the sincere hospitability which we give to every person entering our showroom. I think Lexus showroom – is one of the best showrooms in Donetsk.

The second half of May was highlighted with the opening of the official dealership center Lexus Donetsk and a new player has joined our team. The editors of “Galsingorm” (GI) asked the executive director of Lexus Donetsk Sergey Divak of his impressions from the opening of the showroom and future tendencies.

GI.: Were there any difficulties which you faced on this stage?

S.D.: Yes, lack of the cars. Neither manu-facturer nor the importer were ready for

GI.: What to your mind differs this com-pany from your previous one?

S.D.: The main difference is that the com-pany has its goal – “To become the most re-spected company in Ukraine”. There were no goals in Winner Alex, not talking about the mission and philosophy. The only phi-

losophy we had was to perform sales plan. That is why when I met the owner (Vasiliy Gerelyuk) I heard the question from him:

“What is the goal of your company?”, I an-swered in surprise: “Which goal? To sell more cars of course!!” He was shocked. And just later, already working in Lexus Donetsk I understood why he had asked me that question. Now Lexus Donetsk team has the target to become the best company in the group of our companies. We want to be a good example for everyone.

GI.: What will you do for this?S.D.: We will start from the good expe-

rience of “Avtogals”. We just need to learn

from them! For me personally, it is some-thing incredible. When I saw all processes functioning, how people work I had the impression of some know-how.

No dealership center in Donetsk works like that. I want us to be even better.

Next, we will try to get objective feed-back from our customers. We have to know our weak points, so not to make some mis-takes again. And of course we will tend to sell more cars than others and earn more.

GI: What do you think company’s suc-cess depend upon in the future?

S.D.: Of course upon the reaching our

main goal. We will be respected when our customers will be completely satis-fied with the level of service, when the staff will like the job so much that they will hurry to their working places in the mornings and the company will have stable profit.

GI: What such a young director as you could wish to out readers?

S.D. I want to wish every employee to have the desire to be the best in team, not to stop on the achieved and set new goals on development. Everyone will benefit from this.

The Certificate of Toyota Cervice Management in “Avtogals” — hold the level with dignity!

Everyone who worked all this time on the implementation of keizen plan has been there — representatives from Toyota Ukraine: Kano San, Vitaly Chup-rina and Igor Kzendzyuk. The honorable guest from Toyota Motor Europe Mr. Pine came especially for this event to award the Certificate.

Among the guests there were repre-sentatives from Banks and Insurance companies, VIP customers and manage-ment from our dealership centers. The company’s personnel as anyone else could appreciate the importance of the event. That is why each dealership cen-ter step by step overcomes different stages to reach the level of excellence.

In brief the situation in group of our companies is the following:

Lugansk“As to work on keizen plan we tend to

reach L1 level till the end of this year”,

On 9th of June “Avtogals” celebrat-ed long-expected and important event — the dealership center was awarded with the certificate of Toyota Service Management (TSM) Standarts in body shop.

The way to this certificate was rath-er long and difficult but so exciting was today’s moment.

Avtogals had to take all the chal-lenges, great efforts, knowledge and aspiration to become the first and the only dealer in Ukraine worth this award.

It is important that the right to be the best was given to “Gals Motors” company player — “Avtogals”. Now this experience can be retranslated to other companies in the group.

Apparently, we all have the line we need to reach, someone to catch up, share positive experience and move for-ward.

As any event, this one consisted from two parts. Official part highlighted all achievements and changes which took place in Avtogals. The honorable guests expressed their appreciation and with

applauses awarded Donetsk dealer with so much longing Certificate.

The next part of event was more inter-esting for guests as they could enjoy the excursion around the territory of dealer-ship center, see by their own eyes techni-cal equipment and premises. They could check space for maintenance works, tun-ing section, body shop and the show-room. The excursion was so exciting and informative that guests had no questions to its guide Sergey Degurko after sales Manager of Avtogals. The only question which sounded with a surprise was asked by the insurance company “Uniqa”: “Is it always so clean at your service station??” There was just one answer — “Yes”. “It is as clean as in surgery department” — commented “Uniqua”.

In the words of a classic — “To save what is gained is — no less art than to gain it”, — we wish Toyota Center “Av-togals” to hold its level with dignity and not stop on that.

The final stage of event was light four-chette, where guests could share im-pressions and communicate in informal atmosphere.

Describing the choice of Donetsk Company as the first holder of the TSM Certificate, Mr. Pine said that it was sup-ported by company’s great experience and what is most important — great desire to change for the better.

Thus, the event sets not just special honor on Avtogals, but also great responsibility before the customers associated with high level of service standards.

A wise man was looking for a talented student who would have had sufficient skills and abilities in order to pass his knowledge when he dies. He decided to gather all the students.

The old man said to them:

— I have a problem, and I want to know which of you will be able to solve it. You see —there is a big, heavy door in the wall behind me. How many of you will be able to open it without help?

Some of the students simply lowered their heads: the problem seemed unsolvable. Others have investigated more thoroughly the door, and discussed the possibility of using some material and concluded that this task was impossible.

Everyone said that task of the wise man was impossible.

Just one student came up to the door and thoroughly inspected it. He tapped the surface, trying to analyze its thickness and the material itself and noted from what material the door was made and how reliably the door hinges were lubricated. He carefully examined it, using his eyes and hands. He knocked on the door and in certain areas.

Everyone assumed that the door was locked or jammed. But in reality it was only lightly closed. The student took a deep breath, focused and gently pushed the door open. Door opened without slightest resistance.

It was designed and constructed so perfectly that it was enough to push it to open.

The wise man has found a successor. He turned to the other students, and said the following words:

— Success in life and work depends on several key factors, and today you could watch them in action. First, let your senses fully explore and understand the reality that surrounds you. Second, do not make hasty and therefore incorrect conclusions. Third, be brave enough to make decisions. Fourthly, accepting it, act confidently and without doubts. Fifth, focus and bring in this action all your strength and energy. And finally, do not be afraid to make mistakes.
