TAILGATING CONT.
Clean-Up
All groups are responsible for making sure their tailgating area is cleaned prior to departing for the game. Immediately after
tailgating, all trash/recyclable items must be picked up and sorted into the proper receptacles located in Tailgate Village. This
includes trash around your area. Trash should be closed in bags and placed in trash containers provided in the area.
All left over food/beverages must be placed in proper containers and stored.
All clean up procedures should be completed before entering the Stadium.
It is the responsibility of each tailgate party to secure tailgate items prior to departing for the game. Tulane University will not be
responsible for unattended tents and items.
Personal Generators
Portable electrical generators are permitted, but are discouraged. Each generator should be equipped with a noise-reducing device
(for example, a manufacturer-approved cover or muffler). The operation of portable electrical generators that create excessive noise
in excess of 60 dBA, emission hazards or other safety concerns will not be permitted. (As determined by Tulane University Event
Management) Special care and consideration should be taken when handling fuel and extension cords associated with generators.
Generators shall not be operated in enclosed areas, near building intake ventilation ducts, or in parking decks. Generators shall not
be refueled while in operation. For temporary electrical needs, Tulane recommends the use of battery operated inverters that
convert the battery current to house current. These recommended devices do not generate hazardous carbon monoxide emissions,
do not require gasoline cans and resultant hazards, and do not create noise that is potential damaging to hearing and a nuisance to
fellow tailgaters.
Motorized Vehicles
Non-Tulane Golf carts, mopeds, scooters, ATV’s, go carts and other custom motorized vehicles are not permitted on the Tulane
campus.
Music (amplified)
Music must be confined to your tailgate area and speakers must be directed into your tailgate party. Tailgaters are encouraged to
call our toll-free number (844) 25EVENT to report loud music.
Political Activity
Under federal law, the University may not participate in, or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public
office. Political signage that implies endorsement of any political candidate or any political issue may not be displayed nor may
political materials be distributed. Parking permits do not imply a permit to conduct political activity.
Portable Toilets
Individuals may not arrange to bring portable restrooms onto campus. Tulane provides portable toilets and restrooms throughout
campus for the convenience of fans.
Sidewalks
Tailgating is not permitted on sidewalks and landscaped areas.
Signage & Banners
Banners and signage recognizing businesses may not be displayed nor may promotional materials be distributed without prior
approval by Tulane.
Solicitation
Solicitations of any kind within Tulane facilities or on Tulane premises are prohibited unless specifically approved by Tulane. The
distribution of flyers or leaflets on parked vehicles is expressly prohibited.

TICKET INFORMATION – STUDENTS
All Tulane University students (undergraduate and graduate) receive complimentary access to some of the best seats offered, while supplies last. This policy ensures those who want a guaranteed seat will have one, while at same time not inconveniencing others who may want to decide to ‘check out a game’ at the last moment. FOOTBALL TICKET POLICIES
• A valid Tulane University Splash Card is required for students to enter Yulman Stadium, on game day, accompanied with a hard ticket or mobile ticket.
• Tulane student ticket pick-up will be available to access through TulaneGreenWave.com on his/her Account Manager Site. All students will receive login information through their @tulane.edu email account from the Ticket Office. Students can go online, log in with their account number and password, then choose the game that is available at the time as their complimentary student ticket. Once they opt in, they will receive an email with the ticket in .PDF format and have the ability to either print at home or show the barcode on their smartphone at the gate. Any questions students may have, please contact [email protected].
• This year's student football tickets will be delivered electronically for use as a mobile ticket on your smartphone or as a print-at-home ticket should you not own a smartphone. Both versions can be displayed on your mobile device to be scanned for entry. For those students without a smartphone, simply print the .pdf version on an 8 1/2 by 11-inch sheet of paper.
• Students can purchase one guest pass in the student section for $20 per pass for Football ONLY. These passes will only be granted admission through the student gate accompanied with a student with a valid Splash Card. Each student will have the ability to purchase this online through the Account Manager site.
• Any student with a ticket is guaranteed a seat until to kick-off, tip-off, and first-pitch. After that point, if there are additional seats available, other students waiting in line at the student gate will be granted admission until capacity is reached.
*Certain games which may be at risk of being sold out will have student ticket pick up beginning one week prior to the game and will be able to acquire through the TulaneGreenWave.com Account Manager Site.
