Masport gas fi res combine the beauty of realistic fl ame patterns with the convenience, economy and safety of gas. Choose from a range that covers Freestanding, Insert and Inbuilts plus innovations such as Zero Clearance and Electronic Operation.

Points to consider when thinking about your new Masport Gas Fire:

Freestanding, Insert or Inbuilt?Whilst some people prefer the look of freestanding gas fi res which often stand on a hearth and look like wood fi res, others prefer to have the gas fi re inserted in a wall or chimney breast or built into a wall.

Insert fi res can be installed into an existing masonry chimney maybe replacing an existing fi re; or can be built-in (either when the house is being built or even afterwards) with an optional zero clearance (ZC) cabinet.

The type of insert or inbuilt needs to be specifi ed when ordering.

Natural (NG) or Bottled Gas (LPG)?Dependent on where you are located, you can obtain your gas either from the national network of gas that service your street and home (natural gas) or from refi llable gas bottles (Liquid Propane Gas). You should specify what type of gas you will be using when you order your new Masport Gas Fire.

Zero Clearance (ZC)Have you ever wanted to have an attractive insert fireplace but been put off by the need for an expensive remodelling of your house? Now, thanks to Masport Heating, almost any wall can be quickly and safely converted to accommodate an insert fireplace with the Masport Zero Clearance (ZC) range of fires - Surefire, Piccolo, Madrid and Sofia. This range enables you to have an insert fireplace installed into almost any wall, while protecting floors and walls constructed from combustible materials.
