V600 SeriesLow Density
DescriptionDeveloped initially to provide an
economical seal between pickup truck caps
and body side rails. Today, Cap Tape® is usedeffectively for a variety of non-critical sealing applications, such as weather-stripping with our MW600 Series.
Gaska Tape's V600 series can be produced with or without adhesive on one side, as well as cast-on a permanent polyester film to the opposite side.
Performance Characteristics• V615 is cast-on a 2mil
polyester film to providedimensional stability, and isa self-wound product.
• Standard (G1) emulsionacrylic adhesive is used forlight duty substrates whichare clean and dry.
• Black color standard.• Other colors available upon request.
Industry Applications
• Transportation
• Retail Weatherstripping
• Automotive Aftermarket
• V610 has an easy release liner that
prevents stretching during
installation.
• V615 cast-on polyester film makes
product self wound; no paper to
scrap.
• Low-density foams easily conform
to irregular surfaces and curves.
• Inherently resistant to fire,
ultraviolet rays, most chemicals,
acids and solvents.
V610BK
• Formulated from durablePolyvinyl Chloride (PVC) fora long service life.
• Seals out air, condensation, light and dust whencompressed.
• Provides cushioning, vibration dampening, andsound deadening.
• V610 is cast-on aremovable bleached 83#white paper.
