INTRODUCTION

opperwares Private Limited was established in 1960. Drawing on decades of experience, the

Copperwares team of 130 craftsmen produce an extensive range of silver and copper plated

hollowware which is sold under the Gastone, Windsor Silverware, Royal Sable Copperware, Royal African

Collection, and the Sunray Bangle brand names.

Copper, the oldest metal known to man, is crafted by our Copperwares’ team of skilled artisans and artists to

produce the Gastone range of original copper artwork. Africa's stunning scenery and magnificent wildlife are

the inspiration for many of our pieces.

Providing a dramatic focal point a

Gastone product will enhance your home

décor with a unique style.

The bright African sun is depicted on

many of our products by a 'burst of

sunrays' emanating from the centre of the

copper background. This effect is

achieved by our copper artisans who

hand polish each piece. It is then the turn

of our team of talented local artists who

make each item unique by hand painting

African bush scenery and village scenes

onto many of our products. The animal

figures used in the Gastone range are

remarkably lifelike and give a three

dimensional aspect to our finished range.

Our woodworking department uses a variety of woods from

managed forests in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe to

frame many of our pictures and to produce our range of

jewellery boxes and medal boxes for the United States of

America Marine Corp.

The Gastone collection includes copper murals, wall pictures,

fire screens, wall clocks, maps, tables, tusk ornaments,

jewellery boxes, trays and ashtrays. We also have a selection

of beautiful religious pieces including crosses and wall

hangings.

We take pride in having established over the years a world

wide reputation for originality, prompt reliable delivery, and

above all, quality. We currently export to the USA, India,

China, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania,

Botswana and Zambia. We are proud to number the United

States Marine Corp as one of our customers.
