Gazeboat Landmark Park General Info
Landmark Park’s Victorian-style Gazebo measures 30’x30’ and is
situated on a grassy lawn adjacent to several turn-of-the-century
buildings. This unique setting provides a unique location for
outdoor weddings, church picnics and other social gatherings.
Thirty 6-foot portable benches are available for seating and can be
arranged according to your wishes.
Rental Fees (During Park Hours)• Park hours: Mon.-Sat. 9 a.m.-5
p.m. and Sun., noon-6 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time. During
Standard Time, Sunday hours are noon - 5 p.m.• Advance payment of
50 percent of fee and security is required to reserve date. Full
payment is due 30 days prior to the event.• Groups of less than
100: $350• Groups of 100-200: $450• Groups larger than 200: call
for quote• Church and Gazebo combination rental: $550• Gazebo is
only available after hours when rented in conjuction with the
Stokes Activity Barn.
Additional Fees• Refundable Clean Up/Damage deposit: $100.
Refunded within two weeks after the event if areas are clean and
without damage. • Rehearsal fee: during park hours, free.

Guests of rentals during park hours have access to other areas of
the park • No alcohol allowed during park hours. • Electrical
outlets are located at the lattice fence behind the gazebo.• Thirty

Decorations and Entertainment• No open fires allowed. Cooking is
permitted in the picnic area grills only. Any other grill and their
placement must be approved in advance. • No glitter, crepe paper
spray, spray streamers or wax candles allowed. • No nails, staples,
screws, glue or tape is to be used to secure decorations to any
park structure• Decorations may be hung or tied• Throwing of rice
or confetti for weddings is prohibited. The use of birdseed is
recommended
Cancellation Policy• A 14-day cancellation notice is required
for a full refund• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to
rental will result in a 50 percent refund
