Checklists forPrivate Golf Car Registration Stickers

Annual Lease Site Owners:

Camping & House Rental Guests:

1. Proof of current liability insurance. (Examples: Insurance Card, Policy Declaration Page or form from insurance agent. The golf cars must be specifically listed on the policy.)

2. Completed Golf Car Registration Form signed by the golf car owner. The golf car owner must list the name of the person who is authorized to pick up the sticker(s) on their behalf. - If someone owns multiple annual lease sites, they will need to indicate on the form how many stickers should be issued to each site. (We are NOT mailing out any stickers.)

3. The person picking up sticker(s) must show their valid driver’s license.

4. Payment of $35 per sticker.
