This is the fourth such event which seeks to showcase cutting edge biological psychiatry in India, South east Asia globally.
thSimultaneously you are cordially invited to the 16 Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Biological Psychiatry.

How to submit a General Session (Symposia, Case Conference, Forums and Advances in Psychiatry)
Format Description
ª 90-minute session
ª Clinically oriented presentations (including research-/data-driven presentations) should encourage audience participation through discussion and Q&A between the presenters and audience.
ª Minimum two speakers
ª Maximum five speakers
Checklist for Submission
ª General session title (maximum of 150 characters, with spaces)
Ÿ Title should be brief, unique and interesting
ª Presenter information*
Ÿ Completed pro�le
Ÿ Presenter release forms - Please note that your submission will not be until all presenters complete their presenter release forms.
ª Educational objectives (maximum of 200 characters, with spaces, per objective)
Ÿ Three to �ve learning objectivesŸ Each objective will complete the statement "At the conclusion of this session, the participant will
be able to:”Ÿ Use active verbs like "understand," "demonstrate," and "provide" to begin each objective
ª Overall session abstract (maximum of 3,000 characters, with spaces)

The upscale hotel is located adjacent to both international & domestic airport terminals and is well connected through the Airport Express Line, which is just 5 minutes away & 18 minutes from IGI Airport Metro Station. Letter of Invitation
GCBP office will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the GCBP to provide any financial support. Invitation letters can be requested through email ID [email protected]. The letters will be sent as email attachment.
Visa
Most travellers will need a passport valid for at least 90 days following their arrival to and departure date from India. Visa regulations for India vary according to the country of origin. Please address enquires about every requirement to your travel agent & [email protected]
Insurance
The conference fee does not include insurance. All participants are advised to arrange their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin. The organisers will not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
Currency
The Indian currency is called the Indian Rupee (INR). Exchange of foreign currency is available
at Delhi airport and at most hotels, banks and exchange offices throughout the city.
CME Credits
