must ensure that you have a Letter of Approval

from MOE

• check carefully that all information

required are accurately filled in, especially

the Exam Subjects **

Report to the Presiding Examiner if you do not have your Entry Proof on the day of your examinations.

See your Form Teachers, Ms Tan Yok Siew or Ms SherineWong prior to the start of the examinations to reprint

the Entry Proof if it is misplaced.

Examination Fees

• Permanent Residents and International

Students have to pay the Examination fees.

• Those eligible to pay via GIRO will be issued

the GIRO Option Form by Monday 11 March

2019.

• They will opt to pay the exam fees either via

GIRO or CASH.

• Submit the GIRO Option Form by Tuesday

12 March 2019 to the Form Teachers.

Post Registration

Withdrawal from Examinations

Candidates may request to withdraw from

the exams provided that their requests are:

• due to valid reasons

• supported by the school

• submitted to MOE through the school’s

application before the start of the End of

Year Written Examination
