The header with the flow I return connections contains a baffle and is identified by a sticker shown below.
Connections in the opposite header are used as vents or drains depending on the orientation of the radiator.
When connection on top, bear in mind an automatic vent needs to be used.
OUINN~radiators
Types The Quinn Adagio Vertical radiator is available in single and double models .
Paint Quinn uses a painting procedure that is used in the automotive industry. All Quinn radiators have been fully treated against rust.
Firstly, they are degreased. Then a water-based electrophoretic base coat is applied . After this, the radiators are powder coated with an epoxy polyester powder.
The total paint coat thickness is 60 micron minimum. This painting procedure protects the radiators against rust, damage and scratching .
Colour Our standard final coat is a 60% gloss finish RAL 9016 (white). We also have a range of RAL and BS colours, available on request.
Heat outputs The heat outputs from the Quinn Adagio Vertical radiator vary between 944W and 3330W- at t.TSO (75/65/20°C in accordance with EN442), dependent on the size.
Heights The Quinn Adagio Vertical radiator is available in heights of 1800mm and 2000mm.
Length The Quinn Adagio Vertical radiator is available in lengths from 320mm up to 840mm inclusive.
Dimensional tolerance All dimensions conform to EN 442-1 .
Materials

The Quinn Adagio Vertical radiators are produced out of high quality steel tubes. The vertical tubes of the S35 have a dimension of 35mm by 11mm and the space inbetween tubes is 35mm. The vertical tubes of the S70 and D70 have a dimension of 70mm by 11mm and the space inbetween tubes is 40mm. The thickness of the steel is 1,5mm.
Working pressure All radiators are pressure tested to 5,2 bar and are suitable for a working pressure up to 4 bar. The maximum water temperature is 90°C (according to the EN 442 standard)
Connections All radiators are supplied with 4 x W' BSP connections. The Adagio Vertical radiator needs to be connected at the bottom, with a vent on the top.
Packaging In order to avoid any damage during transport and sto-rage, all sides of each radiator are protected with cardboard .
The packaging contains a complete assembly kit, which ensures an easy and quick installation.
This kit contains: - Galvanised metal brackets and plastic inlays; - Plug and vent.
Warranty Quinn Sensa radiators are manufactured to comply with ISO 9001 . 10 Year guarantee with all radiators. Heat outputs have been independently tested and comply with EN 442 at t.TSO (75/65/20.C).
Notice Please ensure that the wall and fixings used are able to support the weight of the radiator, if in doubt seek advice from a qualified professional i.e. Engineer or Architect. Alternative load bearing feet are available on request.
