Account login help for my.viabenefits.com/ge Post-65 GE retirees enrolled in Via Benefits You may have recently experienced trouble logging in to your Via Benefits account. Be assured that the issue has since been resolved, but should you require assistance in the future, please call 1-855-873-0103 and a representative will be happy to assist.

Protecting your personal information is important to us. Via Benefits has added additional security steps for online accounts, and you may have noticed an additional authentication step when you log in.

Below are some tips to help you verify your identity and access your online account:

• Family members can no longer use a shared email address to sign into separate accounts. If you need to create a new email address for multiple family members there are many places online that provide email accounts for free.

• Be prepared to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number if asked, and possibly your entire Social Security number. Your SSN is used to verify your identity, and if requested is used to match you to your information in our system. All information on our site is secure and is subject to HIPAA guidelines.

• You’ll be asked to verify your account with a phone call, a text message, or an email. Have your phone or email account ready.

If you have any trouble accessing your account or have questions regarding the process call 1-855-873-0103.
