Katsa´s L350 and L490 are compact Clutched PTO/PTI Gearboxes designed for Marine Hybrid applications.The Gearboxes combine two power inputs to one main output with flexible Clutch options.

• Can also operate as Thruster Main Clutch
2. Propulsion Drivetrains• Flexible location between main engine
and reduction gearbox• Optimal also for retrofit projects

– L350: 200 – 1000kW– L490: 1000 – 2500kW
• Main Input Connection options– Directly to Diesel Engine to SAE 3 to SAE 00 Flange– Driveshaft Flange
• Integrated Wet Running multi-plate clutch– At Input for engaging / disengaging the Main Engine– Up to Torque 32.000Nm
• PTO / PTI – Electric Motor running either as a generator or as a driving
motor– Gear Ratio up to i = 1 : 2 (speed increasing)– Clutch Optional
• Accessory– Full Clutch Control System, external operation from Control
Bridge– Oil coolers, Filters etc.
