To approve order approving the FY 2001 contract with EI Centro College of theDallas County Community College District (DCCCD) to provide a cooperativeeducational program for the inmates of the Dallas County Jail System, withfunding for the services provided not to exceed $45,397, and authorizing theCounty Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.

To approve order approving a Memorandum of Agreement between BaylorUniversity and Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and HumanServices Department (HHS), to provide clinical laboratory experiences for nursingstudents for the period from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, andauthorizing the County Judge to sign said agreement on behalf of Dallas County.

37. COURT ORDER:

To approve order approving an agreement with Texas Woman's University (TWU),whereby Dallas County Health and Human Services (HHS) will provide a clinicalsetting for student nurses, along with an experienced public health nurse toadvise the students, for the period from October 1, 2000 through September 30,2001, and authorizing the County Judge to sign said agreement on behalf ofDallas County.

38. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing the Professional Services Contract with theUniversity of Cincinnati (originally approved on August 1, 2000 by Court OrderNo. 2000-151 7) to be amended by deleting Section XI, Applicable Law, from thecontract, and authorizing the County Judge to initial the contract to evidence thatapproval.

To approve order authorizing the County Auditor and County Treasurer to releasepayroll to employees assigned to the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission(TJPC), Office of the Governor - Criminal Justice Division (CJD), and CommunityCouncil of Greater Dallas (CCGD) grants, pending return of fully executed contractdocuments.
