General Information Venue Icho Kaikan 2-2 Yamada-oka, Suita, Osaka 565-0871, Japan Registration Registration desk is open during the following hours: Wednesday, Nov. 27 th : 9:00 – 19:00 Thursday, Nov. 28 th : 8:30 – 19:00 Friday, Nov. 29 th : 8:30 – 17:00 Each participant will receive a name badge when registering. All participants are required to wear the name badge at all time while in the venue. This badge will serve as your admission to all the sessions and official functions included in your registration fee. Notes to Authors and Audience Official Language English Oral Presentation Guide All oral presentations are held in Room A (Sanwa Hall). Presentation time is 20 min for invited speakers (15 min presentation and 5 min Q&A), and 15 min for regular speakers (12 min presentation and 3 min Q&A). A crystal-liquid projector is equipped in the conference room. It has only a usual analog mini D-sub 15 pin connector. An adapter for interface conversion should be brought, as necessary. Overhead projector is not available. A laptop computer with Windows XP & PowerPoint 2003 is equipped in the room. USB memory or CD-ROM is available to install the file prepared. Speakers can use their own laptop computer. Speakers who made the files with PowerPoint 2007/2011, they should bring their own computer.

Oral Presentation Guide

Poster Presentation Guide Poster presentations are held in Room B and C. Poster size is W85cm x L115cm. Speakers/Authors are requested to put the posters on the designated board according to the presentation number (e.g. PT 1-1) of the program, from 12:00 to 15:00 on Nov. 27th. Posters have to be removed from 11:00 to 13:00 on Nov. 29th. Pushpins are provided and collected. Speakers of poster presentation should attend the Evening Forum for Poster Presentation on Nov. 27th to make presentations or explanations to the people who have interest in the poster, but need not always stand at the front of the poster. Speakers, however, are requested to attend the Poster Session on Nov. 28th.

Evening Forum for Poster Presentation Wednesday, Nov. 27th, 17:00 – 19:00, Room B, C, D and E Snacks and drinks will be served in Room D and E. All participants can attend free of charge.

Poster Session Thursday, Nov. 28th, 16:20 – 17:20, Room B and C

Reception Thursday, Nov. 28th, 17:20 – 19:20, Room D and E Snacks and drinks will be served. All participants can attend free of charge.

Lunch Registration fee doesn’t include lunch. A restaurant is on the 2nd floor in Icho Kaikan, and cafeterias and stores are within walking distance. These locations are indicated on Suita campus map.
