My name is Wyatt Chartrand and I am interested in pursuing a full-time position at this organization. I am currently a student at Binghamton University studying in the Bachelor of Science program for the School of Management’s Business Administration major, with concentrations in Finance and Consulting & Leadership. Over the course of the last couple of years, I became increasingly interested in this organization based on the quality of its employment opportunities, corporate culture, and products and services. Recognizing these things have solidified my interest in the area of this position within this organization’s industry and this organization in particular. I am an ambitious individual who was able to graduate with an Associate of Science in Business Administration degree at the age of twenty and was then privileged to study at Binghamton University.

In the past, I worked for one of the largest customer relations management firms in the world and gained ample experience in sales support, in addition to developing strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication. My responsibilities included everything from customer retention for the firm’s client, sales support for the client, and meeting daily and weekly metrics in regards to the client’s overall revenue generation and retention. This allowed me to gain considerably strong phone skills, taking many incoming calls and handling outbound calls as well, as well as learning how to quickly navigate the company’s complex customer account software.

In addition to this and other relevant professional experiences, I have also had the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills in a variety of contexts. I have in the past acted as a strategic consultant for a local nonprofit, developing and implementing financial, marketing, and operational recommendations, as well as directly assisting in the creation of a recommendation package and presentation, including the development of several infographic business models in order to make the organization’s mission sustainable. I have also had relevant roles in college as a Treasurer for two clubs, in addition to being a member of my University’s Student Conduct Hearing Board, further developing my ability to make strategic, common sense decisions under pressure within a short window of time.

My experienced background, dedication to my work, and ability to work in a variety of environments in a comparably sized firm have enabled me to assemble the skills necessary to work in a similar setting.
