Tocontinue this legacy set by Shri Sai Baba, Sansthan had started Prasada Bhojan from 1st January 1973 at a Hall which waspresent next to Dikshit Wada. At that time on an average daily about 500-2500 Sai devotees were having Prasad Bhojan . In this Prasadalaya on an average 22,000 devotees were able to have PrasadBhojan per day. Later the Management Committee keeping an eye on the future development of Shirdi over the coming years, immediately decided to build a new big Prasadalaya building, and accordingly completed it in a record time. The newPrasadalaya was started on 8th January 2009 where approximately 5000 people can have food at a time.

Every year Renewal of the certification is mandatory. Forthat purpose, Auditor from the company will visit Sri Sai Prasadalaya and conduct the audit and if any Non Compliance is foundin the audit report, immediately corrective measures have to be taken and fair audit will be done once again and renewalcertificate will be issued. For the Renewal of Sansthan’s Sai prasadalaya, Food Safety Consultant Shri.Dilip Kumar  Nandikonda,Hyderabad & Lead Auditor of TCL from Australia and New Zealand group Shri. Chandrashekar Reddy, were appointed asAdvisors. Under these 2 person’s  able guidance, necessary changes, corrections were carried out at Prasadalaya. Later ISO-22000-2005 (Food Safety Standard) conducted the audit for certification. Final inspection was done and the renewal certificateof ISO-22000-2005 (Food Safety Standard) for the period 15th September 2014 to 29th September 2016 was issued. Tocontinue this legacy set by Shri Sai Baba, Sansthan had started Prasada Bhojan from 1st January 1973 at a Hall which waspresent next to Dikshit Wada. Dear Sai Bandhus,

Forever remember “Sai” who is seated on the Lotus of our hearts. He always watches ourevery action (Saakshibhuta). So, when we perform our duties, when we talk, when wedischarge our duties we need to be extra cautious of understanding that all we do iswatched by that “Vishwa Chakshu” who gauges us and bestows the fruit accordingly. So, let us all perform deeds and actions that please HIM alone and surrender at HISFEET completely.

Sri Sai Sahasranama Bhashya

160) OM SRI SAI AAVISHKRUTA TIRODATTA BAHUROOPAVIDAMBANAAYA NAMAH

[Meaning: - Salutations to Lord Sai who manifests at his own will and again disappears after the same]

Lord manifests at His own free will, he is “Sarva Swatantra” and when the need arises He advents in the form of HIS willand wish and after fulfillment of the same will sublimate back into HIS true essence (here it can be considered as avataranaand avataara samaapthi). But, this should not be mistaken as“So, Divinity  manifested as Sai Baba and after his mission Hecast off His mortal coil”, in fact, such a statement should never crop up in anyone’s mind for onething that we should all realizeis –“When was Sai born to Die? ” if we understand this statement, then we realize that  Baba is beyond birth and death. AsMaharaj clearly stated in Satcharitra “I exist in everything – animate and inanimate. I am eternal.”

HE clearly stated –“If this name SAI which one amongst the myriad names is removed, then you realize that I am everywhere, everything and nothing exists devoid of this Self”. In fact this is what our Ishaavasya Upanishad states at the start“Ishaavaasyam Idam Sarvam…..” (The Supreme Exists in everything).

In fact, manifestation of the Supreme One as  “Lord Sai” can be considered as  “Poorna  SacchidaanandaLeelaavatarana” (A form assume to uplift the mankind from its fallen state, make everyone tread the path of righteousnessand finally make everyone realize that all the worldly things are impermanent and the SUPREME ONE alone is Permanent).

161) OM SRI SAI AARDRACHITTENA BHAKTAANAAM SADAANUGRAHA VARSHAKAAYA NAMAH

[Meaning: - Salutations to Lord Sai who is ever tender being showers blessings on the devotees]

The very essence of Guru Samartha is “Krupaa Dayaardra Hrudaya” (Tender love and compassion filled Heart). He is nonebut the benevolent , all compassionate mother who is ever worried about the welfare of her children, always correct theirmistakes, correct their flaws and make them perfection personified and finally see that they attain their goal ultimatum.

Salutations to such a benevolent mother- Sai Maa.

to be continued....

The very essence of Guru Samartha is “Krupaa Dayaardra Hrudaya” (Tender love and compassion filled Heart). He is nonebut the benevolent , all compassionate mother who is ever worried about the welfare of her children, always correct theirmistakes, correct their flaws and make them perfection personified and finally see that they attain their goal ultimatum.

For the benefit of Sai devotees various initiatives have been taken up by Sansthan and starting of Sai Prasadalya was one ofthem. During His sojourn, Shri Sai Baba used to prepare food all by Himself and used to distribute it to all the devotees. Toprovide better amenities to ever increasing devotees, the Prasadalaya was shifted to Sai Prasad Building situated near GateNo.1 with effect from 25th January 1980.

Today In this asia’s biggest Prasadalaya, everyday devotees are having delicious and tasty food without waiting for longer timeat a very hygine atmosphere. Thus Transplastic Certification Limited (TCL) had given ISO-22000-2005 (Food Safety standard)on 30th September 2013 to Sai Prasadalaya for the next 3 years. Every year Renewal of the certification is mandatory.
