Generation Yuvaa constructing an ASHRAMAM for 100 destitute

kids in Visakhapatnam

Generation Yuvaa a major Social service Organization which is working to

eradicate Child Begging in Visakhapatnam registered in the year 2007 now has

worked on more than 1500 Child Begging cases, many of them have undergone

special counseling by Gen-Yuvaa team and motivate them to lead a better life.

Many of these kids were admitted in different Children homes in which most of

the kids were addicted to narcotic drugs and also kids who found missing from

different places.

Family of Generation Yuvaa Home For Needy (Orphanage Home)

In order to rehabilitate and build a better life to such kids Generation Yuvaa established an Orphanage Home which is called as-

“GENERATION YUVAA HOME FOR NEEDY” and has given shelter to 48 kids

who are from different categories of street children. This home has also fulfilled

the purpose as a Motivation Center and has successfully built lives of many kids

and disputed families. This has paved a path to bring GENERATION YUVAA as a

major Social Service Organization in Visakhapatnam.

Now, Generation Yuvaa is planning to provide a permanent rehabilitation and a

motivation center which is called as “GENERATION YUVAA ASHRAMAM”

at Birla junction beside National Highway for a maximum of 100 destitute &

deprived kids from different categories like Child Beggars, Orphans, kids from

Begging families, Migrating families, Disputed families and of sex workers also, in

Visakhapatnam which can make the city a complete CHILD BEGGING & STREET

CHILDREN FREE AREA. GEN-YUVAA ASHRAMAM has the following in it:

2. Gen-Yuvaa Boys Home

3. Gen-Yuvaa Village

Generation Yuvaa ASHRAMAM

Generation Yuvaa ASHRAMAM is an Orphanage Home for both boys & girls

with a nativity village near Birla junction, visakhapatnam which is also used as a

motivation center. Apart from providing them Food, Shelter, Education &

Accommodation the kids are given utmost Love & Care throughout their lifetime.

The kid in Gen-yuvaa Home is promised with a better future basing on the kid’s

interests other than academics like Music, Sports, dance etc. From a pathetic

street life these innocent kids are rescued and given a better life.

Generation Yuvaa ASHRAMAM can accommodate 100 kids at a time. The

current Home which is on lease, is insufficient with the increase in number of kids

drastically and also to have a permanent place to solve the problems of such kids

this Home for Needy (Orphanage Home )is being planned in the mid of the city.

Generation Yuvaa Village

Sound mind is the key to positive thought and a nice environment will ensure a

sound mind. Such a peace is to be gifted to one and all, especially to the

disadvantaged – those who are leading a challenging life, those who are deprived

of the usual comforts you and I enjoy and those who are extended only a little or

no help by their families. We wish to give them a peace of mind and help them in

a small way to let them lead their lives happily and independently.

A calm serene place not in any remote rural village with beautiful sceneries

and lush greenery, but right in the middle of the city, a 200sft Generation Yuvaa

ASHRAMAM aims to create a village-like peaceful and sustainable model, to give

our kids and also you all, a glimpse of a true village. We plan to have THREE Huts

and a Long seminar hall, to accommodate activities like counseling sessions for

disputed families & destitute kids, Meditation sessions, tuitions for kids from

various categories, women empowerment activities, General Workshops on Social

issues & ethical values, Small scale units for Employment generation to the poor

sector which includes Elder beggars, and many more. It would be a village which

facilitates the upliftment of families who are into begging, widows/wives who are

the victims of alcoholic husbands through counseling and helping their kids in

every way possible. We also wish to conduct workshops for children from various

schools in the city on topics related to social service, importance of family and

parents, etc.

Construction Details

The budget estimation for the construction

1. Gen-Yuvaa Girls Home Rs 6,99,447/-

2. Gen-Yuvaa Boys Home Rs 5,43,935/-

3. Gen-Yuvaa Village Rs 4,00,000/-

Total Budget= Gen-Yuvaa Girls Home + Boys Home + Village

= Rs 16,43,382/-

always been with us supporting through our ups and downs, but with the

initiation of this ambitious project we need more help than ever before. Please do

are in emergency to vacate the present shelter home.
