Moral Sense
• This story tells us how we should act in our lives and how we should treat our family.
• We need to treat our families with justice, love, mercy, and respect.
• This story also tells us that we need to think through our decisions before we make them.
LLLL
Allegorical Sense
• This story reminds us of Jesus because Joseph turns against his brothers like Judas did and turns against his “brother” Jesus. Joseph’s brothers are like the apostles and Jesus because they are betrayed by the outlier.
Anagogical Sense
• This story has to do with our faith journey to heaven because, it shows us how we must follow and trust in God at all times, and that God will always be there for us.
