Genesis—Beginnings God Creates The World—Genesis 1:1-23

Sunday, February 12th @ 7pm our Deacon’s will meet in the Fellowship Hall for our

monthly meeting. This month our Deacon’s Wives are also meeting Sunday, February

12th @ 7pm in the Conference Room to discuss possible ministry opportunities.

Our church will be hosting teams to minister and share the gospel with

those who attend the Bike rally in July as well has provide shower units for

the bikers to shower here on our church campus. Beginning in March, the

fourth Sunday of each month will be designated for a special offering to

help our church serve and minister. Please pray as to how you can give beginning in March.

During February, the following items can be donated: paper products (napkins, cups, paper

towels, plates), bottled water, bleach, Purex Detergent, thin, white bath towels and washcloths.

A box will be located in the Sanctuary foyer to place these items donated. Thank You!

FOOD PANTRY—Here is a list of food pantry items needed to get boxes

packed and ready for the February giveaway: Saltines, Peanut Butter, Jelly,

Hamburger Helper, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, Cereal, Brownie Mix, Ramen Noodles

and Canned Fruit. Thanks again for your generous donations to this ministry.

Senior Adult Ministry Meeting,

Saturday, Feb. 18th @ 4pm in FLC

Join us for a Soup/Sandwiches meal and meeting for upcoming events for

our Senior Adult group. Make plans to come and bring soup and sand-

wiches. For more information contact Noble Cobb.

Jack Hibbs Memorial Fund— In memory of Jack Hibbs, our

deacons and church family have been encouraged to donate money

to provide Biblesticks (mp3 sticks with entire audio bible). The Mili-

tary Biblesticks provide our men and women in the military access

to God’s word at all times, no matter where they are deployed or

serving. All donations given to the Jack Hibbs Memorial Fund will

go toward providing Military Biblesticks to our troops who are serv-

ing our nation. If you would like more information about the Mili-

tary Biblesticks, visit militarybiblestick.com or you may pick up the information provided

in the foyer of the sanctuary. All donations given will be used for this ministry.
