Sale Terms & ConditionsTerms of the sale are cash or check, payable during or immediately fol-lowing the sale and before cattle will be released. Cattle will not be trans-ferred until paid for in full.

Herd HealthProper health certificates for immediate interstate shipment will accom-pany all sale lots. All cattle have been tested as a Johne’s-free herd.

GuaranteeWith the exception of the commercial bred heifers, cattle will sell under theSuggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association.

Registration CertificatesEach animal will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Buyersmust be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for makingtransfers. Calves born before the sale are to be registered by the seller;proper breeding statements will be signed for the buyer to use in register-ing calves born after the sale.

TruckingWe will be happy to assist in coordinating delivery of your purchases.Arrangements regarding delivery are between the hauler and the buyer. Werecommend that insurance be obtained on purchases.
