Geniox offers a range of functions to make up the heart of any ventilation system. The air handling units offer an energy efficient ventilation solution for commercial, hygiene, marine and industrial applications. The Geniox family can handle airflows from 750-70.000 m3/h (0,2-19 m3/s). This level of flexibility means that we can offer an optimised solution regardless of your project and industry.

We can configure Geniox for you in the design program SystemairCAD. You can also try it yourself. It is free to download from our website. In SystemairCAD, you can optimise the air handling unit to your needs and to the lowest possible energy consumption. The Geniox range is certified by Eurovent. The Eurovent certification is your security that Geniox air handling units meet the technical specifications.

Casing. The new casing provides the best choice for minimal energy loss. • Minimal thermal bridging TB2. • Best possible thermal insulation T2. • Best possible deflection class D1. • Best air leakage class L2. • High flexibility for different choice of

Corners. Design in ABS ensures minimal thermal bridging.

Handles and hinges. Practical handles and hinges make it possible to disas-semble all doors and provide a space-saving solution that is easy to service.

Service windows. The windows have been designed exclusively for Systemair and provide a large area for easy inspection.

Panels. Elimination of thermal bridges. Separation between inner skin and outer skin with 60 mm insulation.

Fan/motor. Various types of fans ensure your selection of the most energy-efficient systems: EC motor, PM motor, or AC motor.

Heat recovery. High quality and energy -efficient heat exchangers are available: Rotary heat exchanger, run-around coil heat exchangers, cross flow heat ex changer, or counter flow heat exchanger.

Filters. Compact bag filters in high quality ensure a low initial differential pressure.

Dampers. Aerodynamically profiled blades and low leakage dampers.Tightness class 4 C (EN 1751).

Control system. Fully tested, preconfigured and user-friendly control system. Integrated BMS communication, web and cloud access. Geniox can be delivered without control system.

Transportation. Casing design and standard packaging allows for easy transportation.

Eurovent certification. Geniox is constructed in accordance with European standards and is certified by Eurovent.

Service and maintenance. All panels, doors and openings have easy access for cleaning and service.


Control system

Fully tested control systemGeniox can be supplied with a pre-assembled and fully tested control system. The control system is a user-friendly system, where functions and parameters are selected from the external control panel. The control panel can be positioned freely and used as a remote control.

Easy start-up and continuously displayed dataThe most important operating data are continuously displayed on the control panel display, including operating values, operating status, alarms and time settings. Start-up and commissioning is simplified, as the control system has a preloaded application with all needed functions. The functions and settings can easily be changed from the control panel display.

SystemairCAD

Geniox units are designed in SystemairCAD, a design program which ensures an optimal dimensioning of the unit’s functions. When the unit design is finished, SystemairCAD makes a technical calculation and automatically generates a complete technical documentation in pdf format for the selected unit. Download the program on Systemair’s website.

• Detailed drawing of the unit’s construction and dimensions.

• Sound power level.• Technical specifications of all

components.• Shipping, dimensions and weights.• The control system including

The drawn to scale drawings from SystemairCAD can be exported to other CAD software and for use in BIM. Following options exist:• Export of DXF files 2D and 3D.• Export of DMR files to

can be opened directly in AutoCAD via MagiCAD plugin and in Autodesk Revit via Revit plugin.


Ventilation made simple

Choosing the right air handling unitGeniox is available in 14 different sizes and can handle air volumes from 750 to 70.000 m3/h (0,2-19 m3/s). You can adapt Geniox to all types of projects, and add and remove features as needed by using SystemairCAD. You can do this on your own by downloading SystemairCAD from our website, or by consulting with your local Systemair office.

In SystemairCAD, you can input the expected data for daily and yearly operation to find the most energy efficient solution for your project. SystemairCAD can also help you calculate your air handling unit’s Life-Cycle Cost (LCC). You can also create and export CAD-files for use in BIM and print the complete technical documentation for your air handling unit.

As soon as you have defined your unit in SystemairCAD and approved it, we are ready to manufacture it. That is how we can keep our delivery time down and ensure that you receive the right unit at the right time.

Easy to install and service Geniox is delivered with all necessary documentation to help you assemble, set up and service the unit. On the unit, you will find QR codes that link you directly to ‘how to’ videos. All the information you need is readily available.

Geniox is available with preinstalled and fully integrated control system with a large number of features e.g. alarms, setting of time, operating values and operating status. It is an advanced user-friendly system, with an external remote control panel for all settings. The panel can be placed freely in the building. The system is prepared for communication to a BMS system.

Long term benefits Geniox is built to last and designed to be an integrated part of the construction. The casing’s surface treatment provides a high corrosion resistant class and protects external parts of the unit from damages and scratches.

The LCC from SystemairCAD will ensure that you have the most cost-effective air handling unit and that it is optimised for your project. The Eurovent certification ensures that Geniox air handling units meet the technical specifications. Geniox surpasses the 2018 requirements set out in the Ecodesign directive. This means that your project will enjoy an energy efficient and sustainable ventilation solution.
