Covering Datesof survey; May 26-August 15, 1989

Three diamond drill holes were drilled from the south east end of Octupus Lake. No other data is available to the author.

Soil samples were taken in the B soil horizon , from 6" - 2 1 in depth A. Spade shovel and mattock were used to obtain samples.

Two hundred forty one samples were taken and then analyzed by Loring Labs of Calgary, Alberta

Method used to determine gold and silver content was F.A. Solvent Extract, AA.

Survey Covered a distance of five miles.

Qualifications;I've been actively employed in the mining development and mining exploration field since 1957 to present time. I've worked with numerous public mining companies in Canada and the united States.
