Exsics Exploration Limited was contracted to perform
geophysical surveys on a group of j50 claims owned by Unigold
Resources Limited, which are situated in Bond tt Sheraton
Townships, Timmins, Ontario.
The object of these surveys was to follow-up weak Max Min
anomalies which had been outlined by an earlier survey over
the property.
The ultimate objective was to locate and outline the
airborne targets, (Fig 4) in the hopes of outlining favorable
geoligical structure suitable for economical base metal and/or
gold deposition.
PERSONNEL
The people directly involved with these surveys were all
employed by Exsics They are as follows:
Brian Keen Timmins, Ontario
Pierre Noel Timmins, Ontario
Dan Col l in Timmins, Ontario
Ken Eggeiston Timmins, Ontario
The work was supervised by J. C. Grant
lm ^ PROPERTY LOCATION Se ACCESS
The Bond-Sheraton property consists of 60 contiguous,
l unpatented mining claims which straddle the Bond-Sheraton
Township line. The Bond group consists of 28 claims which are
B located in concession l, Lots 3,4,5,6 and 7 with the remaining
m 3 2 claims located in concessions 5 tt 6 , Lots 4,5,6,7 and 8 of
Sheraton Township. (Refer to figure 3, Claim Location Map).
l In more general terms, the property is situated
aproximately 45.7 kilometers south-east of the City of
l Timmins.
M The access to the property is ideal during the winter
months. Highway 101 travels east from the City of Timmins to
l the junction of Hwy. 101 and the Gibson Lake road which is
good gravel road running south-southeast off the highway. A
p 9.6 kilometer drive down this road will bring one to a second
gravel road just north of Gibson Lake which travels east.
This road is drivable for 2 kilometers. At this point skidoo
l access was required to reach the claim group.
During the summer months, helicopter access would be the
g most suitable, however 4-wheei bikes may provide partial
access to the general area.

This program consisted of a Deep EM survey which was to
locate and outline specific sections of targets located by the
previous Max Min, horizontal loop survey. It was suspected
that the Max Min sources thought to be weak or narrow, may in
fact suggest a deeper rooted .target. This deep EM survey was
done to varify the above suspicions.
S.UoejLJLguipment and Procedure
The equipment used for this survey was the Crone Pluse EM
low powered system. It consisted of 1200 meters of #10 AWG
wire, 5.5 meter mast, 1/fc wave, omni-directional antenna, fr80
watt, 2 k volt output generator receiver consol, receiver coil
and transmitter.
Description and Procedure
This ground EM method is suited to deep penetration
(50-200 meters) applications.
In order to obtain deep penetration, a strong primary
field be produced. This is acheived by using a 200 meter by
200 meter transmit loop consisting of a single turn of ttlO AWG
wire. The receiver coil takes both a vertical k horizontal
(direction along the survey line) measurement at each station
along the survey line outside the Tx Loop and perpendicular to
it. Lines can also be read beyond the edges
of the Tx Loop.
- 5 -
l i i i i i i i i i
Since the Deep EM method measures only secondary fields
it. is not affected by rugged terrain unless the terrain itself
is conductive. The disadvantages of any large loop system is
that energizing the conductor is dependent on the primary
field cutting the conductor at a good angle. If it is not cut
at a good angle it will not be energized, therefore not
detected. This can be corrected by using two separate loops,
on each side of the target area.
For our survey procedure, the weak max min targets
supplied the necessary information as to where to place our Tx
loops, thus saving the time and money of two loops.
Interpretation of the Deep EM results is by means of
comparison with model study curves. The survey method is
excellent in its ability to distinguish if a conductor is
vertical, dipping or flat.
f B With vertical conductors the vertical measurements'•t* W
produce a symmetrical cross-over anomaly and the horizontal
component produces a positive peak at the cross-over point.
M Flat conductors produce a positive anomaly with the vertical
component and a cross-over with the horizontal component.
l Dipping anomalies produce patterns between these two extremes.
Refer to figure labelled Grid Map of loop layouts, back
l pocket, as to the loop coordinates used during this survey

There were 5 locations for the Tx loops which were used
to enhance sections of the Max Min anomalies
The J oops are numbered for identification purposes when
drafting the results. All of the loops were 200 m by 200 m.
ResjiJJL?.
Each of the loops and their results will be discussed
seperately and in detail below..
l^o o p ft j.
This loop was layed out on grid co-ordinates as follows:
L l OOF, to 300E @ 700 MN to 500 MN. The lines read from
this set-up were L50MB, 100ME, 150ME, 250ME and 350ME. The
loop layout was successful in energizing 3 potential anomalous
areas to the south. Refer to loop layout grid.
Zone A
This zone appears to be a moderated to good anomaly well
within the search depth range of the survey. The approximate
depth is 13-30 meters suggesting that the zone may be a narrow
stringer type, possibly graphitic in nature. The zone appears
to be dripping to the north.
This feature also appears to be dripping to the north and
at a depth of 15-20 meters.
This feature closely parallels zones A ft B and most
probably relates to stringer type sulphides or graphite. The
zone also lies at a depth of 15-25 meters with a slight north
dip.

LOOP #2
This loop was layed out from LO to L200 ME at 175MS to 375MS, The survey from this loop located a good strong anomaly sriking from Lines 200ME to 100MW roughly paralleling the base l ine.
The zone most probably relates to a strong sulphide target at a depth of 15-20 meters. Again this zone dips north.
Zone B has also been extended an additional 50 meters to the west from readings taken using this loop set-up.
Loop #3
This loop was iayed out from L200 MW to LO and from 75 MS to 275 MS. The survey from this location noted an anomaly
paralleling the baseline at about 100 MN. The zone appears to be a good strong conductor on L100 MW but either pinches out or plunges deeper on its west extension. The east section lies at a depth of 20-30 meters possibly going deeper on the west end.
The zone most probably relates to a good sulphide zone.
LOOP tibThis Joop was Jayed out from L&OO MW to L600 MW and from
225MS to k 25 MS.
The results of this loop are minimal due to heavy flooding to the north of the loop.
Due to this flooding, the loop was abandoned.

l
This loop was layed out from LU25 N to 1025 MN and from
100 MN to J 00 MS.
A weak anomaly was noted by the lower channels on LI 325
MW at 200MN possibly suggesting a weak narrow stringer or a
zone at considerable depth.
Rough interpretations show the zone to be weak and
shallow but further testing needs to he done before more
definite results can be given.
Cpjiiclusions
The Deep EM survey was successful in highlighting several
good EM targets which had been located by the Max Min survey.
These EM targets closely relate to the suspected airborne
targets. The zones are typical, narrow to normal dike-like
bodies of sulphide which may be composed of pyrite, graphite,
and possible economic base metals such as 7.inc, copper, etc.
Recommepdat i ons
The zones appear to be related to legitimate bedrock
responses of unknown composition and should therefore be
tested by drilling.
All drilling should be done north to south for the best
angle of intersection.
Several of the zones may be tested from a single set-up;
such as Loop tfl results, conductors A,B 4c C.
Refer to the loop layout map in the back pocket of this
report for anomaly locations.

DIAMOND DRILL PROGRAM SIM i..
BOND-SHERATON TOWNSHIPS
UNIGOLD RESOURCES
Unigold Resources Ltd., completed a 5/389' diamond drill program on its Bond-Sheraton Township property, located approximately 26 miles east of Timmins f Ontario. The program was carried out from March 29 to June 8, 1987.
The property consists of 60 unpatented mining claims within the Porcupine Mining Division of Northeastern Ontario. The claim group is underlain primarily by interbedded argillaceous greywacke mafic to intermediate pyroclastic rocks and flows and sericitic to intermediate to felsic pyroclastic rocks. Several feldspar porphyry dikes and lesser diabase dikes are intruded into the lithologies above.
The drill program was undertaken to test various Horizontal Loop and Pulse-EM conductors throughout the property and test the western extension of a previously drilled conductive rock unit which assayed up to 6.76% Zn over a 10 foot core length.
The first hole of the program, UB-87-1 was abandoned at a depth of approximately 50 m in overburden due to caving. The drill rig was then moved 50 m to the east. Hoifc UB-87-1-2 intersected mainly argillaceous greywacke with several graphitic units, both of which were cut by fine stringers of galena and sphalerite. Lesser mafic to intermediate ash tuff and mafic volcanic flows were intersected.
Holes UB-87-2, UB-87-3 and UB-87-6 were all drilled along an extensive electromagnetic conductor which was shown to extend westward from the main Pb-Zn showing on the property. These holes interesected weak to strongly sericitized and pyritic agglomerates, ash and lopilli tuffs as well as mafic to intermediate tuffs graphite, argillaceous greywacke and feldspar prophyry dikes- Sulfide zones containing pyrite sphalerite galena and minor chalcopyrite were also intersected.
Hole UB-87-4 intersected a thick sequence of very weakly pyritic quartz- sericite schists as well as sericitic tuffs and agglomerates with lesser mafic to intermediate ash and crystal tuffs.
Hole UB-87-5 intersected carbonatized mafic crystal tuffs and lessor sericitic and pyritic ash/lapilli tuffs, semimassive pyrite (1.8 m), graphitic greywacke and intermediate ash, lapilli and crystal tuffs.
Approximately 167 samples of drill core were analysed variably for Pb,Zn Cu, Ag, Au and As. The background value for gold appeared to be ^0 ppb with a high of 110 ppb being obtained in hole UB-87-6. The highest Pb value obtained was 2.3?; over 1.5 m in hole RB-87-3. The highest Zn. value obtained was 2.01 over 1.2 meters in hole UB-87-2. The highest Cu. value obtained was Q.045% Over 1.0 m. in hole Ub-87-6. The highest Ag value obtained was 5ppm over 1.5 m in hole UB-87-6. -

It is recommended that further diamond drilling be carried out on the main Pb-Zn showing to test it further down dip and on the untested conductor SE of Sheraton Lake f both of which could not be reached due to poor ground conditions. Further drilling is also reconroended along the conductor immediately west of Sheraton Lake where 1.8 m of semi-massive pyrite was intersected within favourable geology.
The presence of extremely altered , sericitized green mica bearingf carbonatized and pyritic tuffs indicates an environment considered to be very favourable for gold mineralization. This environment is typical of the geological environment that hosts gold mineralization in the Timmins area.
A follow up program consisting of reverse circulation overburden drilling and follow up diamond drilling should be considered to more fully evaluate the gold potential of the property.
Respectfully Submitted,
R. Bruce Durham Consulting Geologist.
