Over the years while working for major Seattle tech companies, I observed that the success of all software projects comes down to the quality of user experience. Any kind of software should be tested from both functional and usability perspective. In quality assurance, the goal is not to deliver lots of test cases, or automate every single process, but rather make sure that those test cases are meaningful and provide value by verifying most crucial components and integrations. I look at software development and testing from the perspective of achieving maximum results within a set amount of time and resources.
