George and the terrible storm

George is a monkey. George lives in the jungle. He needs to build a home. He wants to build it in a tree. So, he decides to ask all of his friends for help.

First, George asks his friend Joe the jaguar to help. Joe says he can’t help because he is busy trying to catch his dinner.

Next, he decides to ask his friend Perry the python. Perry says he can’t help George build his home because he is busy.

Finally, George asks his best friend sloth. Sloth says that he can’t help George because he is busy resting.

George works on his house alone but after awhile he finally finishes. When he finished his house he was very excited. He couldn’t wait for all of his friends to see his new home. He was very happy.

George is relaxing in his home when he hears a loud crack! Then, he sees lightning. He is very scared. Next, he feels the rain hitting him. Suddenly, lightning hits his house.

The lightning hits the tree that George’s home is in and makes it fall down. Now George doesn’t have a home. George is very sad.

All of George’s friends see how sad he is and decide to help rebuild his house. This makes George very happy. So, they all work together to rebuild his home.

George’s home is finally rebuilt and he thanks all of his friends. Nest time George needs help he will remember that his friends will always help him when he asks.
