How does this differ? A: The 7-Day Jump Start program is not a diet . It is simply the beginning or a part of your journey to eat real, clean, natural food - the way our bodies evolved eating. Q: How much weight can I expect to lose during the 7-day jumpstart? A: Since everyone is different, your weight loss will depend on a number of different factors; whether you are male or female, your age, how much weight you have to lose, your current medications and health issues and if you are just beginning weight loss plan or are stuck at a plateau. A loss of between 2 - 5 lbs a week is generally healthy and common. Loses of more than can result in losing lean muscle mass instead of fat mass. Q: How will I know what to do AFTER the 7 days? A: This is where the informational sessions come in. After the 7 days, we will discuss how to continue with weight loss, healthy eating and living. I will provide you with guidelines, sample days and even recipes to help you develop new habits while letting go of the old unhealthy ones. Q: If I purchase the full plan with meals and snacks included will I have to supply any additional foods? A: Possibly. Although you will receive the protein powder, 7 meals and 14 snacks, you may want to add other ingredients to your protein shakes. This is not mandatory as the powders can be simply combined with water, but most people enjoy blending the powders with berries or veggies. The Jumpstart program helped me to get on track, to start losing weight and eating better. I lost 5 pounds in the first week, and was shocked to find I was not hungry at all! The shakes were delicious and the meals tasted so good I almost forgot how healthy they were. I have continued the good habits and am down 10 pounds in three weeks, but I am not stopping here! - N. how does it work?The Basic Program begins with a meeting to discuss your goals and the plan details.You will be provided with a detailed shopping list, meal and snack ideas, sampledays and recipes. It’s here when you select the protein powder that will be used in 2meal replacement shakes each day. You will also select supplements that fit your specific needs as well.

During the 7 days you have unlimited emailcontact with me for any questions and/orconcerns that may arise.

When you complete 7 full days, we willmeet again for your second session. Wewill discuss how to continue with your weight loss and this new, healthy lifestyle. You will receive even more information on weight loss, meal plans, supplements, recipes and more determined by your needs.

what if I don’t want to cook? The Full Program begins via phone and/or email.You will be provided with a list of entrees and snacks from which you will choose your 7 meals and 14 snacks. Each meal consists of a quality protein, a non - starchy complex carbohydrate and a starchy carb or grain. Snack choices range from crunchy veggies, juicy fruit, eggs and fresh dairy products.

You will also chose the supplements as well as the protein powder to be used for 2 meal replacement shakes per day for the 7 days. That’s a total of 28 premium quality shakes, 14 healthy snacks and 7 delicious meals.

Each meal is prepared by a local chef who will slice, dice, bake, broil, measure and portion, so that you don’t have to! No counting calories or points. All food is free of preservatives, sugar, refined flour and are gluten and nut free.
