MANY BONES, ONE HEART“When I first observed the All Souls Procession, the jubilant, costumed participants, and the cacophony of sounds were delightful. But it was the shrines and photographs created by folks to honor their beloved dead that moved me to begin creating a documentary. Since 2010, I have devoted most of my time to producing the film, in hopes of revealing the healing power of giving creative voice to grief, aiming to portray the nourishing compassion cultivated when we share our deepest sorrows—a regenerating grace tilled in the profound earth of suffering common to all who have ever loved and lost.”
