Downloading The Streaming BSM AppThe BWW Streaming BSM mobile app is available for both Apple and Android devices. To download the free app, go to either the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for BWW or Britt Worldwide.

Credits
Credits are purchased through your web browser at BWW.com. Once you’ve logged into BWW.com, go to Technology / Streaming BSM. Here you will have the opportunity to either subscribe to Standing Order Subscription or purchase individual Credits.
Standing Order Subscription & Buying Credits
The Standing Order Subscription is billed monthly at $34.00. As a subscriber, each Monday you will receive a notification that your LOA’s weekly Standing Order talk has automatically delivered to your Collection. The Standing Order talk will appear in your Collection at the same time each week. Subscribers also receive one bonus Credit each month, which can be redeemed for any additional Streaming BSM file. Subscribers also receive two free talks: one from Bill and Peggy Britt, and one from your LOA upline. Once you have finalized your purchase, the Credits will be immediately available to redeem on the mobile app or in your browser.
Subscribers may also select two add-ons: Leadership Subscription ($34/month) gives you a second talk each week plus a second bonus Credit each month. Women’s Leadership Subscription ($8.50/month) delivers a talk from one of BWW’s many women leaders, on the second week of each month.
TIP:If your Credit Balance does not show a recent Credit purchase or transfer, refresh your
Credit Balance by pulling down on the talk listing on the Catalog screen of the app.

Searching For Digital Audio
There are three ways to search for available talks in the mobile app:
1. Use the Catalog button to show BWW’s entire available audio catalog. By tapping on the talk in the catalog, you will see details about the talk, stream a preview, and have the ability to select the talk for your cart. 2. Use the Category icon in the upper left corner to view the audio catalog by topic.
3. Use the Search bar to search for talks (for example: speaker name, SKU, title, topic).
TIP:Once you’ve purchased a talk, it will be found in your Collection.
You will no longer see it in your Catalog.

Selecting Digital Audio & Applying Credits
When you find a talk you want, select it by tapping the button to the left of the speaker image. As you add items, you will see the number of selected talks on the Selection button in the bottom navigation. When you are ready to redeem your selections, tap the Selection button to review your choices and process your request.
When reviewing your selection you have the option to remove a talk by clicking on the check mark. Click Apply Credits to use your Credits and add the talks to your Collection. Your Credit balance will be automatically updated and you will be taken to your Collection screen.

Listening To Your Collection
The Collection screen will display all of the auto-delivery Standing Order talks, plus any additional talks you’ve redeemed with your Credits. To view your full Collection, click Show All at the top of the screen. To view the talks you’ve downloaded to your device, click On Device.
When you’re in your Collection, you can use Search and Category to find a particular talk. Your Collection will be sorted based on the List Display Settings on the Settings screen. To play a talk, click on the talk title. This will bring up the talk details and Play button. When you’re playing a talk, you can continue to use the features of the mobile app. To come back to the talk that’s currently playing, click the Player icon at the bottom of the screen. To advance or rewind the talk, use the slider control in the audio player.
You can also download up to 20 talks from your Collection to your device. Click on the speaker image or BWW icon to download a talk, and then confirm. You will see a progress bar as the file downloads. Talks that are downloaded will appear with a yellow BWW icon. To remove a downloaded talk, simply click on the yellow BWW icon or speaker image and then confirm.
TIP:To avoid using your mobile data plan, download talks to your device if you plan to be
in your car or outside of Wi-Fi range, or stream talks while connected to Wi-Fi.

Transfer Credits
You can transfer any of your Credits to one of your downline IBOs. To transfer credits, go to the Settings screen and click on the Transfer Credits button. You then enter the IBO number and the number of Credits you would like to transfer. These Credits will automatically be deducted from your balance, and will be immediately available in your downline’s Credit balance.
Settings
You can choose how you would like to be notified when new files are added to the Streaming BSM Catalog. You have the option of being notified by BMP and/or email, or opt out of receiving notifications.
Use List Display Setting to choose how you would like to have your Catalog and Collection displayed. You have the option of choosing between alphabetical order by release date, speaker or SKU.

Accessing Streaming BSM
To access your BWW Streaming BSM Catalog or Collection, log into BWW.com, then go to Technology / Streaming BSM.
You have the option to view the Catalog and Collection in either a Thumbnail view or a List view, by clicking the Thumbnail or List icons to the right of the search bar.

Standing Order Subscription

Purchasing Credits
Credits are purchased through your web browser at BWW.com. Go to Technology / Streaming BSM. When viewing your Catalog or Collection, click Buy Credits. You have the option of subscribing to Streaming BSM, or purchasing individual Credits using your credit card.
Selecting Talks & Applying Credits
The Catalog will default to show talks by most recent release date. You have the option to change this display in Settings, where you can select to sort by speaker name, SKU or release date. To search for a talk, enter a keyword, SKU or speaker name in the search bar. You can also refine your search by using the Category menu to the left of the search bar to view all available Streaming BSM within a particular category.

You can view details and hear a preview of any talk by clicking on it in either the Thumbnail or List view.
When viewing the Catalog in Thumbnail view, click the cart icon for the selected talk to add it to your shopping cart. In List view, click the Add button to the left of the talk. You will see the talks added to your Selected cart on the left side of the screen.
When you are ready to finalize your purchase, click the Selected cart, and your selected talks will be listed. You have the option to remove any of the talks at this time. Then simply click to Redeem Credits and add the talks to your Collection.
TIP:Once you’ve purchased a talk, it will be found in your Collection.
You will no longer see it in your Catalog.

Listening To Your Collection
To hear your talks, click to the Collection view. You can view either as Thumbnails or List, and sort your Collection by category, speaker name, SKU or release date. You can also use the search bar to search your Collection by keyword, speaker name or SKU.
Click the Play icon, and the talk will start playing immediately. You can pause the talk, or use the slider in the Play window to move forward and backward within the talk.

Transferring Credits
You have the option to transfer Credits to any of your downline IBOs. Click Settings at the top of your Streaming BSM screen, and then click Transfer Credits. Enter the IBO number of the person to whom you wish to transfer the Credits, and then the number of Credits you wish to transfer. Then click Apply, and the Credits are immediately transferred and ready for your downline to use.

On the Settings screen, you also have the option to change your notifications settings to email and/or BMP. And you can change your List Display View to sort your Catalog and Collection by release date, SKU or speaker name. Settings is also where you will manage the active devices that are associated with your Streaming BSM account. You (and your spouse) may have a total of THREE devices linked to your account. You may also set up a security question (optional); you will be prompted to answer the security question when you log into your Streaming BSM account from a new device.

Easy Processing, Playing and TrackingSubscribe to Share Talks:Note: Share Talks is an add-on to Streaming BSM. You must be subscribed to Streaming BSM to access Share Talks.
1. Log into BWW.com on your computer or mobile device2. On your mobile device, click the menu button in the top left corner, then click TECHNOLOGY and STREAMING BSM3. On your computer, click TECHNOLOGY / STREAMING BSM from the top navigation4. Click the STREAMING BSM product5. Under ‘Choose an Option’ select ‘Streaming BSM plus Share Talks’ and add Share Talks to your current subscription. Share Talks:1. Log into your Streaming BSM app. Click the Share icon on the bottom menu bar. 2. Choose the title or titles from the full library “All” view or easy access “Favorites.”3. Click Share Talks button at the bottom of the screen.4. Enter Required Information — name, mobile phone number and opt to customize the outgoing message. 5. Enter Optional Additional Information: E-mail, location, contact preference, notes. 6. Click Share Talks.7. Success confirmation will appear. Click OK.
Share Talks Listening:1. Contact receives the text message and link within seconds. 2. The link will open and play in a browser window on their mobile device.
Tracking Progress and Editing Contacts:1. Click Manage to access your contacts you’ve shared talks with.2. Click the contact name to view their progress, and edit or add information.

How do I purchase Credits?Credits are purchased through your web browser at BWW.com. Log into BWW.com and go to Technology / Streaming BSM. On the Streaming BSM page, you can sign up for the Standing Order Subscription or Buy Credits. If you a subscriber, you may purchase additional Credits using the Buy Now option. Each Credit is $8.50 and is billed to the credit card on file.
Can I purchase Credits in the mobile app?Credits may only be purchased in your web browser at BWW.com.
Can I use Credits to purchase CDs?At this time, Credits may only be used to purchase Streaming BSM.
My Credit Balance is not showing a Credit I purchased or was transferred to me.You can refresh your Credit Balance by pulling down on the talk listing on the Catalog screen of the app.
How does playing talks affect my Internet data usage?Streaming talks from your Collection will affect your Internet data usage. As with any cloud-based media, if you are not connected to Wi Fi when streaming talks it will count against your data plan. If you are connected to Wi Fi, your data plan will not be affected. And please note that playing talks that you have downloaded to your device will NOT affect data usage.
Can I listen to talks in my car via Bluetooth?If your car stereo supports streaming Bluetooth audio from your smart phone, then you can play your Collection through your car stereo. Refer to your car’s owners manual to check if you have this as an option. If you’re planning to listen to talks in your car, we recommend that you download them to the app; streaming the talks will affect your data usage.
How do I find a specific talk?The quickest way to locate a specific talk is to use keywords in the Search bar. Enter any information that you recall about the talk: for example, the speaker name, topic, SKU or a word in the title.
Can I still purchase CDs?Yes, you have the option of purchasing talks as either digital files or CD.
If I’ve purchased a CD, is the digital file also added to my Collection?CD purchases and digital files are separate BSMs and must be purchased separately.
Will I have to re-purchase digital files if my computer crashes or my phone dies?No. You will always have access to your Collection in your account. However, if you had digital files downloaded to your mobile device, you will have to re-download them.

How long does my prospect have access to the shared talks?72 hours. After 48 hours, they will receive a text message reminding them that their access is ending soon.
I’ve subscribed to Share Talks but don’t see it on my phone. How do I access it?In the Streaming BSM app, go to Settings and log out of the app. When you log back in, Share Talks should be available.
With my monthly subscription, is there a limit to how many talks can be shared?No. Share Talks allows an unlimited number of shared talks, with an unlimited number of people.
Can I customize the outgoing message that I text to my contact?Yes. Simply tap inside the outgoing message box to delete the standard message and add your own.
Can I share a talk through Streaming BSM on my computer?No. Share Talks is available only through your mobile device.
I don’t see my favorite talk in the Share Talks catalog. How do I add it?The Share Talks have been authorized for use with non-IBOs by Amway. We will add additional talks to the Share Talks catalog on a monthly basis, as we receive authorization.
