QUICK START GUIDE GET STARTED ONLINE WITH THE VERIZON ENTERPRISE CENTER The Verizon Enterprise Center is an online portal designed to provide the access you need to manage your Verizon services through the Internet on a 24 by 7 basis. Using the log on ID and password that you chose when you registered on the Verizon Enterprise Center, this Quick Start Guide will provide you with access to online billing, ordering, and repairs. STEP 1: ACCESS THE VERIZON ENTERPRISE CENTER Navigate to https://enterprisecenter.verizon.com. Also on this page are links with detailed instruction about ‘Getting Started, ‘FAQs, View Demo’ and ‘Requirements. New users are recommended to access these informative links. QUICK START GUIDE

GET STARTED ONLINE WITH THE VERIZON ENTERPRISE CENTERThe Verizon Enterprise Center is an online portal designed to provide the access you need to manage your Verizon services through the Internet on a 24 by 7 basis. Using the log on ID and password that you chose when you registered on the Verizon Enterprise Center, this Quick Start Guide will provide you with access to online billing, ordering, and repairs.

STEP 1: ACCESS THE VERIZON ENTERPRISE CENTER

Navigate to https://enterprisecenter.verizon.com. Also on this page are links with detailed instruction about ‘Getting Started’, ‘FAQs’, ‘View Demo’ and ‘Requirements’. New users are recommended to access these informative links. Click on the ‘Register’ button at the bottom center of the page.

STEP 2: DETERMINE IF YOU HAVE AN INVITATION CODE

An invitation code can often be found on your billing invoice. If you have an Invitation Code, enter it and click ‘Next’. Please proceed to Step 6 below. If you do not have your Invitation Code, please proceed to Step 3 below.

STEP 3: ACCESS THE ‘DON’T HAVE AN INVITATION CODE/PIN’ TAB

• Select the ‘I am a Verizon Customer with services in the US’ radio button.

• Enter the Billing Account Number and Billing Zip Code. Note: The Billing Zip Code is the Zip Code where the invoice is mailed to for this account.

• Click the ‘Next’ button when complete.

Note: If you cannot access or find your billing account please contact your account team member, or click on the ‘Locate my account number and zip code’ help link in the ‘Don’t have an Invitation Code/PIN’ tab.

STEP 4: SELECT THE DELIVERY METHOD FOR RECEIVING THE INVITATION CODE/PIN

• If ‘U.S. Mail’ is chosen, a letter will be mailed to the account’s billing address of record on the next business day. The letter lists the instructions on how to complete the registration request. An individualized invitation code and a special URL will be included for you to begin using the online invoice features for this account.

• If ‘Phone Call’ is chosen, enter your phone number and Verizon will immediately provide the PIN to you via an automated message to the number provided. A live person must answer this call or the PIN will not be received. This is a great option if you answer calls directly but if you do not and/or have Interactive Voice Response (IVR), the U.S. Mail option is a better choice.

Note: The phone number entered must be a valid Telephone Number of Record associated with the requested Billing Account Number.

STEP 5: IF YOU RECEIVED THE PIN VIA THE PHONE CALL METHOD

• The screen automatically changes and allows the user to enter the PIN.

• Enter the PIN received via the phone call and click ‘Next’.• Click ‘Next’ for immediate real-time access to the account

in the request

STEP 6: CONFIRM YOUR SERVICE TOOLS

• After entering your PIN or Invitation Code, you will be given the opportunity to add or remove additional eligible tools associated with the PIN or Invitation Code. You may also enter additional PINs or Invitation Codes. Click ‘Next’ when you have completed your selections.

STEP 7: MANAGE YOUR PROFILE

You will need to either create a new profile or add this billing account to your existing profile and then confirm it.

Create New Online User Profile For This AccountThis lets you create a User ID and Password that you will need to sign-in to the portal https://enterprisecenter.verizon.com.

STEP 7: MANAGE YOUR PROFILE (continued)

• If you choose to create a new Online User Profile, Verizon will send an email with a verification code. Leave your browser open and check your inbox.

• Click on ‘Proceed to Verizon Enterprise Center’ and enter the verification code from the email and click ‘Continue” to see the Terms and Conditions. Read and accept prior to selecting ‘Continue.’

Alternatively…

Add This Account To My Existing ProfileYou can select this option if you already have an existing online Verizon Enterprise Center user profile. Enter your existing User ID and Password along with the security characters and click ‘Add Account’ at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation that your account(s) have been successfully added. Sign into the portal with immediate real-time access to the account associated with the PIN or Invitation Code.
