Getting startedThe Asure Wealthcare provides quick & easy access to manage your health savings account (HSA). This guide will help you understand how to use the online portal to manage your account and get the most value from your HSA.

Accessing the Asure WealthcareTheAsureWealthcarecanbeaccessedbynavigatingtothefollowing URL in your internet browser:

• asuresoftware.wealthcareportal.com

RegistrationStep 1.Ifthisisyourfirsttimeaccessingyouronlineaccount, simply click the registerbuttonatoptherightcorner of the home screen.

Step 2.Completetheregistrationform(asshownbelow).Choose a username and password, then enter the requireddemographicinformation.Pleaseobtainyour employee ID and employer IDfromAsureSoftware.

If you already have your HSA debit card, the card number can be used as the employer ID in the registration IDfield.Before clicking register, be sure to accept the terms of use.

Step 3. Click register. This process may take a few seconds. Donotclickyourbrowser’sbackbuttonorrefreshthepage.

Secure authenticationTheregistrationprocessalsoinvolvessettingupyoursecureauthenticationparameters.Thishelpsensureyouraccountissafe and secure.

Step 1.Selectyoursecurityquestions.You’llselectfoursecurityquestionsandprovideyourtopsecretanswers. Thesequestionswillbeaskedrandomlyduringsubsequentloginattempts–toensurenounauthorizedaccesstoyouraccount.

Step 2. Verify your email address. When prompted, enter your email address and click complete.

Step 3.Submityourinformation.Onthenextpage,you’llbeaskedtoverifytheinformationyou’veenteredduringthesecureauthenticationprocess.Afterreviewingand confirmingtheaccuracyofthisinformation,clicksubmit setup information.Yourregistrationprocessisnowcomplete.

Your first time logging inAfterregistering,allsubsequentloginswillpromptyouforyourusername,2securityanswers,andyourpassword.

How to access your account: Viewing basic account informationToviewyourHSAbalance,interest,contributions,andotherimportantaccountinformation,viewthebenefit account summarypageandclickontheHSAoption.

Additionaldetailscanbefoundontheaccount details page by clicking the view detailsbuttonatthe bottomleftofthepage.Thisdisplaysyouraccountdetails,asshownbelow.Thispagedisplays informationrelatedtoyourcurrentbalance,investmentbalance,currentandprioryeardeposits,andotherimportantaccountinformation.

Putting money in your HSA: Understanding HSA fundingPuttingmoneyinyourHSAissimple.First,you’lllinkyourpersonalbankingaccount(checkingor savings)toyouronlineHSAaccount.Oncelinked,you’llbeabletoeasilytransferfundsfromyourbankaccount(s) into your HSA.

How to link your bank account(s)Step 1. Navigate to the account summary page > Locate your HSA account > Click the contributionsbutton > click the bank accountsbutton.

Step 2. Click the add accountoptioninthe upper right hand corner of the bank accounts for external funding page. A pop-upwindowwillappear,promptingyoutoenteryourbankaccountinformation.After enteringyourbank’sroutingnumberandyourpersonalbankaccountnumber,clicksubmit.

Step 3.Aftersubmitting your bank account information,aquick validationprocessis initiated.Tosmall credits and one offsettingdebitareprocessed against your account. To complete thisvalidationprocess,you must enter these transactionamountsintheonlineportal.

From the bank accountspage,clicktoexpendthebankaccountlisting,andclickthevalidate accountoption.Simplyentertheamountsinthebankaccountvalidationpop-upscreen(fromstep 2 above) and click submit. You may fund your HSA from this account as soon as the validationprocesscompletes.

Making a contributionAfteryou’vesuccessfullylinkedabankaccounttoyourHSA,makingacontributionissimple.Clicktheadd contributionbuttonfromthedeposits / contributions page. Simply enter a date, amount, and select the bank account from which you with to pull funds. Click submit.

Yourcontributionwillimmediatelyappearonthependingtransferspage,andwillremainthereuntilthefundstransferprocessiscomplete.Itwillalsoappearonthetransactionshistorypage.

Spending your HSA funds: Withdrawing money Using and spending your HSA funds is simple. You can simply use your debit card, or make payments to providersforqualifiedservices,ortoyourselftoreimburseyourselfforscenariosinwhichyoupaid usingnon-HSAfundsandwouldliketosubsequentlyfileforreimbursementfromyourHSA.

Toaccessbillpaymentoptions,navigatetomy accounts > HSA online bill pay and click the bill pay button.

When using the bill pay feature within the online portal to withdraw funds from your HSA, you can chooseoneoftwooptions:

• Pay yourself.Usethisoptiontoreimburseyourself for HSA-eligible out-of-pocket expenses. Either a check or directed deposit gets issued to your mailing address or bank account.

• Pay someone else.Usethisoptiontopayamedical provider directly. You can add a provider or select from those already listed. A check will be issued directly to your provider on your behalf.

You may also opt to have payments issued on an automated, recurring basis (either weekly or monthly), as shown below:

Accessing important documents: Retrieving tax forms and statementsThe online portal provides you access to important tax forms and account statements. These are located in the HSA account details page.

Tax formsTaxformsareavailablefordownloadinPDF-formatonthispage.Oncegenerated,thesedocuments will be stored in the online portal for three years.

Simply click the deliver preferencesbuttontochange your delivery method. You can choose from electronic only, or both paper and electronic delivery. If you choose electronic only, you must completeabriefverificationtesttoensureyoucanopenandviewPDFfiles.

If you choose the paper delivery method, there may be additionalfeesassessedtoyouraccount.

StatementsLiketaxforms,statementsarealsoavailableinPDF- format. Statements will generate and populate on this page between the 1st and 15th of each month. Statements willincludealltransactionsforthepriorcalendarmonth.These statements get stored in the online portal for 18 monthsfromthetimetheyaregenerated.

Making the most of your money: Managing your HSA investmentsIf you’ve enrolled in an investment account through your HSA, the online portal is where you can:

• View investment balances andportfolioinformation

• Make transfers from our HSA to your investment account

• Makeportfoliochangesandtrades

Afterloggingintotheonlineportal,click the investmentbuttononyour HSA account page. The HSA investment page displays your portfoliobalanceandinvestmentallocationinformation.

Transfer to investmentsTo transfer funds from your HSA to your investment account, click the transfer to investmentsbuttonatop the HSA investment page. Simply enter the amount you wish to transfer and click submit.

Make portfolio changesTomakechangestoyourinvestmentaccount,includingportfolioandinvestmentallocations,clicktheview/tradebuttonatoptheHSA investment page. You’ll be directed to a page where you can make changestoyourportfolioandaccessothertoolstohelpyoumanageyourinvestmentaccount.

The maintain balance is the minimum balance that must be maintained in your HSA in order to be eligible to invest. You can transfer any amount over this balance, minus any pending transfers, into your investment account (displayed on this screen as the ‘available to invest’ amount).

This screen displays the minimum and maximum amount you can transfer forthistransaction.

Oncesubmitted,youraccount transfer will be completed within 2-3 business days.
