UK Education Abroad & Exchanges ScholarshipApply by the appropriate deadline to be considered for a $1500 scholarship for your UK Education Abroad & Exchanges (EA) program.

UK EA Pell Grant ScholarshipApply for the UK EA Scholarship (above) and if you are Pell eligible at time of application you can receive an automatic $500 Pell Grant Scholarship.

New Horizons ScholarshipApply by the appropriate deadline to be considered for a $500 scholarship for your EA embedded program.

The UK Education Abroad and Exchanges and New Horizons scholarships are competitive and not every applicant is awarded. A completed scholarship application, letter of recommendation, and a completed program application are required.

Automatic scholarships and program fee reductions available for UK students participating on these exchange programs in Fall semester 2019, Academic Year 2019-20, or Spring semester 2020 only. Students must complete UK EA application, meet UK EA and host institution’s eligibility requirements. Who can apply?:This scholarship is open to all students. So ask yourself, what does diversity mean to you and how do you consider yourself diverse? For this scholarship diversity can be, but is not limited to, any of the following:

• Race or ethnic origin

• Religion• Creed

• Sexual orientation • Gender expression

• Disability

• First generation students• Never traveled abroad • Socio-economic status • From rural Appalachia • History of overcoming adversity • Must be used before last semester of senior year

• Cumulative UK GPA of 3.0• Must have completed at least one semester at UK• Completed Diversity Scholarship Application

Eligibility Requirements:

awards:Awardees will receive a voucher between $2,500 and $5,000 to use towards an ISA program within two calendar years of receiving the award.

Application deadline:Scholarships will be awarded during two cycles each academic year:• Fall Deadline: October 1st• Spring Deadline: April 1st
