Account Management
1. ActionID
Got an ActionID issue?
• Put the person having the issue in touch
with our support team. 1:1 troubleshooting is
nearly always best.
• When you contact support:
• Tell us your organization name as it appears in the system.
• Be sure to include the email address and name of the person
who is having the issue (if it's not yourself).
• Send your message from the email associated with your
account.
• Be specific with the issue that you're having.
2. My Email Won't "Deliver"
There are 1000s of factors that impact email
delivery and deliverability, and we've got lots of
resources to help you figure it out when happens.
• DKIM/SPF
• Send from a real email address that you own and use
• Segment by recent activity
• Make sure you have permission to send to the email
addresses you load into your database

• Reach out to our support team with information:• Have you done all the "basics" in the "Learning Email Deliverability Essentials" help doc?
• What domains do you send email blasts from?
• How large are your average email blasts?
• If you are aware of specific delivery issues, what email blasts have had issues?
• Provide a list of email addresses that went into spam and which email they were associated with.

in Targeted Email and Deliverability will be available at our
ActionBar tomorrow from 12pm-2:45pm.

Make codes unique and for one-time use only.
Use a consistent naming convention.
Remember, in our system we track RFM separately, so most orgs don't
need to include them in your source codes.
